The median gross rent (2009) was $1,218.  The cost of living in Corona is higher than the national average.

The population density of this area is considered average with 4,297 people per square mile. The racial demographic breakdown of Corona (2009) indicated – 47.0 Hispanic, 36.7% White, 8.1% Asian, and 5.1% African American.
