Using Harbor City Storage for Off Season Lawn Care Supplies

Here in California, I really do garden pretty much all year round. It's not like in the Midwestern United States, where all but the most serious greenhouse-using gardeners only get a few months of the year where they can really garden. Instead, I have something to do with the garden pretty much every month of the year.

The thing is, though, that it's not like we're in Hawaii, where the weather is very much the same throughout the year, meaning gardeners do pretty much the same things in all seasons. It's more seasonal than that, so I do have gardening supplies that I use off and on throughout the year.

For instance, I get out the tiller in March to till in cover crops and add compost to my vegetable and fruit gardening areas. That's pretty much the only time during the year that I use my tiller, but I still have a good one that I like because that's just the way I am with my gardening gear.

Well, since I don't have a ton of extra space, I really can't afford to keep all my gardening gear at home with me all the time. But since things phase in and out of use during the year, I don't really need to keep everything on hand all the time. Instead, I can simply keep the gardening supplies that I'm currently using on hand, and I can move everything else to my Harbor City Storage unit.

Why I Use Self Storage

I'm a fan of my Harbor City Storage unit on Frampton at US Storage Centers, and I've been using it for years now. I actually started using my Harbor City Storage unit when I retired, which is when I really got into full-on gardening. Before that, I'd been a dabbler, and I didn't need or keep a ton of tools and equipment on hand. Now, though, I harvest all sorts of my own food and keep a gorgeous (if I do say so myself!) hummingbird and butterfly garden in the front yard.

Since I've doing so much more with my garden now, I ended up getting a lot more supplies and equipment. Plus, I now like to save money by buying bigger bags of mulch and fertilizer and such. The problem, of course, is that I don't have room for all this extra gardening stuff in my house, and I don't have a shed or anywhere to keep it. Even my garage isn't big enough for all the gardening supplies I need to use throughout the year.

So instead of messing with trying to find space in my garage, I simply keep the gardening supplies I’m not using in my Harbor City Storage unit on Frampton. When I first retired, I had a friend who was downsizing tell me about her Harbor City Storage unit, and I decided to try this out as a possible solution to my problem of not having enough space for all my gardening supplies and equipment!

Clearing Out the Garage to Make Space for My Gardening Supplies

When you've been living in the same house for more than ten years, things tend to get a little. . . crowded. After all, the basic law of entropy says that things will basically get less and less organized. So the longer you live somewhere, the more disorganized things tend to get.

Well, at least, that was the case for me and my garage. Last summer, I decided it was time to do something about the garage. Not really because the garage in and of itself bothered me, mind you, but because I had decided it was finally time to start a vegetable garden in our back yard last summer. And in order to have a vegetable garden, I needed a bunch of different gardening tools and supplies and equipment – tools and supplies and equipment that I didn't have room for in my garage.

And despite my tendency to collect things that I don't really need to keep, I actually did have lots of stuff in the garage that I needed to keep, either because I used it sometimes or because I would use it eventually. For instance, the supplies I need for basic car maintenance, like changing my own oil. Those take up space in the garage, but I only need them every couple of months.

So I went on a quest to find a place to put all these extra odds and ends in the garage so that I would have room to keep my gardening supplies right there where I needed them for the summer.

That's when I came across US Storage Centers Harbor City Self Storage location on 257th. The location is ideal, since it's not too far from where I work, and it's easy for me to get to. And they had lots of other things going for them that made me decide to choose this location when it was ultimately time to clean out the garage to clear space for my gardening supplies.

Why I Chose US Storage Centers

There are lots of different reasons that I chose US Storage Centers Harbor City Self Storage location. The location was, of course, one factor. Even if I had found a place with better prices (which I doubt is possible!) I wouldn't have driven across town to take advantage of them! But US Storage Centers Harbor City Self Storage would almost be worth driving a long distance to get to, simply because they really do have a lot going for them.

For instance, the US Storage Centers Harbor City Self Storage location does have excellent prices. When you're looking for self storage for the long term, like I was, you really don't want to break the bank every month just to pay for a storage unit. I needed to keep those things from my garage in storage for at least a few years, as far as I could see it, and the prices of the reasonably sized units at the Harbor City Self Storage location were definitely a draw for me.

Besides good prices, though, the US Storage Centers Harbor City Self Storage location also boasted individually alarmed units. Some of the things I needed to put into storage were rather monetarily valuable, which meant that I wanted to make sure they were well protected. Plenty of cameras and lights along with individually alarmed units means I feel comfortable keeping even more valuable items at the Harbor City Self Storage location. They're probably safer there than they were in my garage, in the first place!

Why I Use Harbor City Self Storage for My Small Business Paperwork

When you start operating a small business out of your garage, you think things will be pretty simple. That is, until the paperwork starts to pile up. If you run your business right, there will be lots and lots of paperwork. There's invoices and expense reports and personnel paperwork if you have any employees and, of course, all the junk you have to keep to file your taxes.

It really, really just piles up. Eventually, my wife got sick of all the boxes piling up on top of and underneath the kitchen table that were just full of paperwork. But I wasn't sure what else to do with them! We really didn't have anywhere else in the house to put them!

That is, until I figured out that it was a great deal to just get a small storage unit at the nearby US Storage Centers Harbor City Self Storage location one 257th. I just happened to be driving by there one day, and I saw the sign for the US Storage Centers. I was curious as to what a small unit would cost me in monthly rent. I was still operating off of a relatively small business budget, and I didn't want to break the bank to get the bills paid, you know? But I figured, what the heck, I'll just stop in and talk to the manager to hear what he has to say about the situation. So, I did.

Boy, was I pleasantly surprised. The manager gave me a tour of the facility, which was all very nice. He explained the security system, which was great. I knew I'd need the paperwork to be pretty secure just because it could contain some sensitive information. I didn't want to even think about the possibility of some future disgruntled employee accessing the essential documents for my business!

Anyway, I was also surprised at the prices of the US Storage Centers Harbor City Self Storage units. They had several different smaller unit sizes that I thought would probably be perfect for storing my business's paperwork, and I wouldn't have to pay a fortune to get into a small self storage unit for my business. The Harbor City Self Storage unit would slide quite nicely into my monthly business budget, and it would make my wife really happy to have all that paperwork out from under the kitchen table!

Benefits of My Self Storage Unit

There are some pretty major benefits to my Harbor City Self Storage unit. For one thing, like I said, it doesn't cost a lot, and it got all that random paperwork out of my house where there wasn't room for it in the first place. For another, it's made it much easier to stay organized.

Using Harbor City Storage Instead of Getting A Bigger Office

My small consulting firm has worked out of the same small strip mall offices for the past two years, but I was starting to think it was time to upgrade just a few months ago. The problem was that we were ready to hire on another secretary to help keep the business running smoothly, but we wouldn't have anywhere to put a new employee. One entire room of our small four-room office space was already eaten up by storage containers full of paperwork.

So at first, I did the obvious thing. I looked around for bigger digs. After all, the business was doing well, so surely we could afford to get a bigger office. Not so much. I was amazed at how much adding just a couple hundred square feet on to our office space was going to be! So, I held off on hiring a secretary and talked to a few of my friends around town to see what they suggested doing for a business in my sort of situation.

One friend suggested I just get rid of half the paperwork, but that wasn't really possible. Much of it is stuff I need to keep for years – if not decades! Plus, even getting rid of half the paperwork would only clear out a small space for a new employee and wouldn't give us a comfortable work area. I mean, I don't need to house my employees in the Ritz Carlton or anything, but I do believe in giving them a reasonably comfortable place to work!

Another friend had a better idea. Get a self storage unit, she said. In fact, she knew of a great place to get one. She suggested the US Storage Centers Harbor City Storage location on Frampton. She'd actually used the location for some personal storage not long before, and had had a great experience with them. She even thought they might have some good deals for long term storage for businesspeople like me.

The idea was appealing. Surely a Harbor City Storage unit would be cheaper in the long run than getting a brand new office space with more room for all those boxes of files! So, I went in to talk to the manager one Saturday morning and to check out the available units.

I was quite impressed. The US Storage Centers Harbor City Storage location on Frampton was very neat and clean, and they had a huge variety of unit sizes available, which was great because it meant I could completely customize my unit to my particular business needs. Also, the prices were great! It was going to be significantly cheaper to rent a storage unit than it would have been to upgrade our business offices, so that was just perfect!

I ended up signing a long term contract then and there before I even headed off to my afternoon golf game. I rented the business a mid-sized storage unit that would have plenty of room for several file cabinets and would still allow me to get in and out and to access all the files pretty easily. It was a little more space than I technically needed, but, hey, it was cheap, so why not?

The next week, I sorted through files with the help of one of my assistants, and we carted everything over to the Harbor City Storage location. We arranged all the file cabinets nicely, and put the most important and pertinent information up front. I made sure that we had a space where we could keep all the relevant tax information for the year close to the front of the unit, where it would be really easy to find come tax season!

After we got all the files out of our offices, we were able to put a desk and one small file box in what was now the extra office space for our firm. It was small but definitely comfortable! After we moved all the big file cabinets out of the office to the Harbor City Storage unit, we all had a small file box for the files we were currently in need of. Every week or two, I'll run the files over to the Harbor City Storage unit and put them away, so they're out of our way but still really easy to access.

So far, the Harbor City Storage unit has been great for my business. I feel like tax season is going to be a lot simpler and smoother this year, since I know exactly where every piece of tax-related paperwork is at for the business! I'm so glad my friend suggested I check out US Storage Centers Harbor City Self Storage location because I'm sure I wouldn't have ever thought of this brilliant idea on my own!

Harbor City Storage – Storing Our Furniture During the Big Move

We'll probably always refer to our cross country move as the big move. You don't really realize what an undertaking such a thing is until you do it, but it's such a huge deal for a family! When my wife took a new position on the other side of the country, we had to figure out how to move and how to make it happen fast! One of the things we did to make the transition easier was to get a storage unit in our new location, Harbor City.

We used our Harbor City Self Storage unit to keep most of our furniture and big stuff in during our move because we were going to be in a small apartment for a while as we were house hunting. My wife couldn't afford to wait to take the position until we'd found a new house, and we didn't want to split up the family by sending her ahead without the rest of us.

So, we rented an apartment on a short-term lease, cut our lease in our hometown, and headed to Harbor City. Before we went, my wife got a recommendation on a good self storage location from one of her coworkers, who suggested the US Storage Centers Harbor City Storage location. We decided to take her word for it and arranged to rent a large unit for our furniture sight unseen.

We're really glad we went with the US Storage Centers Harbor City Storage location. It was clean and neat, and the manager was very helpful. We didn't really know what size storage unit we'd need, but he was great at helping us figure it out just when we needed to. He just spent some time with us on the phone talking over the different storage unit sizes, the costs of the units, and different tips we could use to keep our furniture safe while it was in storage.

Some of the tips were pretty interesting, actually. For instance, I didn't think about the fact that wrapping furniture in plastic would trap moisture from the air next to the furniture. We had thought about covering our couch and things in plastic to keep them from getting dirty during the move, but the manager assured us that this would not be a great idea. Instead, he said we should use cotton sheets, which would allow the furniture to breathe so as to prevent the build up of mold, but that would also keep it from getting dirty.

Along those lines, the manager of the US Storage Centers Harbor City Storage location told us that we should store our items up off the floor of the storage unit by putting them up on packing crates. The crates would leave some breathing room underneath the items, which would also keep mold and mildew from building up during humid weather. Plus, the items wouldn't be touching the floor if the concrete sweat because of changing weather conditions or if some water happened to get in under the door.

The manager of the self storage location also told us that we should protect the corners of our furniture, particularly. We went to a store before we packed up to get some corner protectors just like he said. Apparently the corners are more likely to chip, and they can also cause damage to other pieces of furniture during the moving process.

Our experience with US Storage Centers Harbor City Storage was great. It took us about three months of living in Harbor City to find a home to move into. Since we had signed a month to month lease contract, we didn't have to worry about breaking a lease or anything. We simply told the manager when we were ready to move out, paid the rent for the current month, and moved out. It was so easy!

In fact, it was so easy that we decided to keep a smaller Harbor City Storage unit at the US Storage Centers. It's close to our home, and it's been nice to have a place to put all the random odds and ends we haven't found a place for in our new home yet. I would imagine we'll end up keeping this storage unit indefinitely, as it'll be a great place to store off-season clothes, sporting goods gear, and random things we need to keep but don't need constant access to at home.

We're glad my wife's coworker recommended this Harbor City Storage location to us, and we would recommend it to anyone else looking for a place to store furniture, boxes, or whatever you have in mind. It's a great location, and the management has always been very helpful. You can't beat good service and good prices!

Harbor City - Running My Furniture Resale Business

I'm the kind of person who gets a kick out of watching shows like Pawn Stars. I've always thought it would be fun to own my own pawn shop – taking discarded stuff from other people and turning a profit on reselling it. Unfortunately, I don't have the start up funds for my own pawn shop, but I am currently working on building them up by buying furniture and reselling it for a better price. One of the things that helps me do this is my US Storage Centers Harbor City Storage unit on 257th.

How do I use my Harbor City Self Storage unit, you might ask? Well, here's how the process works:

Every weekend, I'll go garage sale shopping all over town. Sometimes I'll even hit up estate auctions and stores like Salvation Army and Goodwill. I'll inspect pretty much every piece of furniture I see, and if I think I can turn a profit on it, I'll buy it up. I haul the furniture to my Harbor City Self Storage unit in my truck, take some good photos of it, and put it in storage. Then, I'll list it on Craigslist or eBay and wait for a potential buyer. When I find someone locally who wants to pay what I'm asking for the furniture, I'll take them to the Harbor City Self Storage unit, show them the piece, and sell it if the price is right!

In the meantime, I'll have anywhere from five to fifteen pieces of furniture in my storage unit. I use some great furniture storage tips to keep them in great shape. Here are the top furniture storage tips I use for my Harbor City Self Storage unit:

  • Get the right size: Choosing the right size unit for my resale business was tough. The Harbor City Self Storage place has so many different options, and I just wasn't sure how much space I would need. Talking to the manager there helped me figure out what size would work best for me. Since I need to access the furniture in my unit often, I got the next size up from what I would probably have gotten had I been storing personal furniture that I was just going to put into the unit and then take back out at a later date.
  • Make aisles: Another thing that I needed to do because I have a business storage unit I need to access often was to make aisles between the furniture pieces I had in storage. The aisles allowed me to access pieces at the back and use the space more efficiently. That's another reason that I had to get a slightly bigger unit, but the convenience of not having to rearrange the entire unit to get to the things I needed to show potential buyers is totally worth it.

Storing Baby Stuff in Harbor City - 257th

Storing Baby's Keepsakes

I always told myself that when I became a mother, I wouldn't save absolutely everything from my baby's childhood like my own mother had. Boy, was I ever wrong! It was so hard to get rid of the tiny little outfit she came home from the hospital in or the first set of handprints we made for her scrapbook. It made sense to keep a few things, but once I had more than one kid, the baby keepsakes were starting to overtake all of the closets in our home! My husband made me decide to either get rid of some stuff or come up with a better storage solution. Luckily for me, I was able to find a cheap Harbor City Self Storage Unit through US Storage Centers, which allowed me to keep my babies' keepsakes but not clutter up the house too much.

When I was looking for storage units in Harbor City, one of the main things I needed was for the location to offer very small units. I didn't need a lot of space, especially once I started to get the stuff organized. I didn't want to end up paying for more space than I needed, so I only looked at Harbor City Self Storage locations that offered very small units that were also very affordable.

Luckily, US Storage Centers Harbor City Self Storage location offered closet-sized units that were very affordably priced. It was easy to rent a unit, and the rental was month to month. If we ever moved away or something, I wouldn't have to worry about breaking a lease and having to pay extra because of this. I could just rent the unit as long as I needed it, and not worry about when I didn't need it any more.

Plus, the Harbor City Self Storage location was really clean and tidy, and it was well-lit. This made me want to choose this location because, more than anything, I wanted to make sure that my babies' keepsakes were kept dry and in excellent shape while they were in storage. I also wanted to make sure the unit was secure. Even though the stuff in our storage unit wasn't worth a lot of money and probably didn't mean a thing to anyone besides myself, it was easy to imagine some teenager breaking into a storage unit just for the fun of it. With heavy padlocks and individual unit alarms, I was pretty sure I didn't need to worry about this at the US Storage Centers Harbor City Self Storage location!

Storing Baby Stuff in Habor City - Frampton

Out with the Old, In with the New

One of the things that people always tell you when you have a kid is that you have no idea how much stuff a kid comes with. It's true. Really, it is. I didn't believe it as a soon to be father, myself, but now I most certainly do. Even though my wife and I are trying to be minimalist when it comes to baby stuff – ie. we only have one type of baby swing, when we know people who have three or four! – we still end up with a ton of baby stuff cluttering up our home. The problem with baby stuff is that they just outgrow it so fast, or they might even get a new toy or big item for a birthday from a grandparent that they just aren't ready for yet. To keep our lives from literally overflowing with baby junk, we have a Harbor City Storage unit at a place called US Storage Centers.

Our Harbor City Storage unit was definitely not part of the plan when we decided to have a baby. What is when it comes to kids, though, right? In fact, we didn't really think we would need a two bedroom apartment, either. Boy, were we ever wrong!

When we went to the toy store for the first time to register for stuff for our baby shower, we were absolutely overwhelmed by everything that people seemed to consider "essential" for a baby. Naïve, we registered for most of it, and due to our overly generous family members, we got most of what we asked for. Our home was instant baby-zone. We moved into a bigger apartment before our son arrived, but, still, baby stuff was everywhere.

That's when we came up with the idea of "out with the old, in with the new" and a Harbor City Storage unit. We knew that our son wouldn't be our last baby, so we wanted to save the baby items we already had. On the other side of the coin, we already had some bigger items for our son that he wouldn't use for months or even years. For instance, my wife's kid brother bought us a ride-on toy for our little boy for our baby shower! Clearly, we weren't going to be using that for a while!

So we checked out local storage units in the Harbor City area. We feel pretty lucky to have come across the US Storage Centers Harbor City Storage location for a few reasons. For one thing, it's affordable, and it's clean and secure. Plus, it's close to home, which makes exchanging the old and new items in our storage unit that much easier.

Finding a Spot for My Paintball Gear

Paintballing hasn't been a passion of mine for very long, but when I get into something, I really get into it. About a year ago, a friend of mine took me on a weekend-long scenario paintball trip a few hours away from home, and I just fell in love with the whole experience. Seriously, there's nothing more adrenaline-rushing for me than being part of a team with an objective to accomplish and the ability to actually shoot at the enemy. It's seriously way better than a video game!

I'm not sure, though. If I had never found a Harbor City Storage location called US Storage Centers with convenient locations and affordable rates, I don't know if my girlfriend would be very supportive of my paintballing habits.

See, once I had a taste of paintballing, I knew there wouldn't be any more weekends using borrowed gear for me! I had to have my own stuff, and I needed to have the best. Not only that, but I also needed options. So, I started using whatever extra money I could round up to get paintball gear, and what I ended up with was seriously overtaking the small outdoor storage space in our one-bedroom apartment. My girlfriend liked using that space for her gardening tools and the dog's food or something like that, and she was getting frustrated that it was being taken over.

So, I decided to look into other storage options. I mean, I want to paintball and have my own gear, but I also want to keep my girlfriend happy, of course! That's when I ran across US Storage Centers Harbor City Storage. The location was really close to our apartment, so I could get my paintball stuff whenever I needed it, and it was really affordable – so it wouldn't cut into my paintball budget too much. Plus, I felt really good about leaving my expensive equipment there because they had individually alarmed units, cameras everywhere, and an on-site manager. It was super safe there, for sure – safer than it was in my backyard storage area, which we hardly ever seemed to remember to lock, anyway!

I went in on a Saturday to check out the Harbor City Storage location, and I really liked what I saw. Not only were the units secure and cheap, but they were also well-built. That was important to me, since some of my electronic equipment could get totally ruined if it got wet. The manager at the unit actually suggested I store things in plastic tubs and keep them up off the concrete floor with wooden pallets to keep the moisture that did sometimes get on the floor from damaging anything. That piece of advice definitely let me know that the manager knew what he was talking about, which made me feel even better about leaving all my paintballing gear in the US Storage Centers Harbor City Storage.

Storing All Our Boating Supplies

Lots of people don't consider boating a sport, but in my family, just being out on the water in the boat is enough. We don't really ski, and we definitely don't fish, but in the summer, we spend more weekends than not just out on the water. Sometimes we'll take a tube out for the kids, but often, we're just out there cruising around and enjoying the water and on another's company. The problem, though, is that boating supplies can take up a ton of room – room that we just don't have in our own home! Luckily, we found a Harbor City Self Storage location called US Storage Centers, which has totally solved that storage space problem.

Finding affordable and proper storage for a boat and other boating supplies is more difficult than you might think. Some storage places only offer outdoor boat storage. Well, I could get that in my own driveway, and I'm not about to pay a fortune for it! That's why we stuck with US Storage Centers Harbor City Self Storage when we found it. They offered ground-level, indoor, completely covered boat storage, so we wouldn't have to worry about our precious boat getting dinged up or weather beaten during the off season or during the weeks when we weren't using it.

There were a few other reasons that we chose Harbor City Self Storage, too. For one thing, it's close to home. There's nothing simpler now than taking the truck over to the storage unit to pick up the boat on a Saturday morning and dropping the boat back off on a Saturday evening. It's within a few minutes of our home, so it's super convenient – almost as convenient as having it in our own garage!

Another reason we chose Harbor City Self Storage is that it was affordable. US Storage Centers is always running specials on their storage units, so we got a great deal on month-to-month storage. It ended up being much more affordable than we thought it would be, so it was definitely within our budget by the time it was all said and dine.

Finally, we picked Harbor City Self Storage by US Storage Centers because we could tell it was secure. Unlike some places that are just a fenced-in parking lot where they want you to pack your $30,000 boat and pay an arm and a leg for the privilege, at US Storage Centers Harbor City Self Storage, our boat goes inside a locked garage. We have a key code to get into the storage center, and that's the only code that deactivates the door on our unit. If someone opens it without punching in our unique code first, an alarm will go off, and the on-site manager will be able to catch the potential thieves! We felt much better about this, both weather-wise and because of security from local would-be thieves, so we decided to put our boating stuff in storage at Harbor City Self Storage.

Storing My RV in the Off Season

One thing that you just don't think about in all the excitement of buying a great new RV for family vacations is what in the world you're going to do with it during the winter. I mean, we live in California, so it's not like the weather is ever too terrible, but, still, we don't plan to use the RV all that much when the kids are in school. It's mostly a summertime toy, and we might get it out for the occasional fall or spring break.

Well, when we first bought the RV, we thought we could just build a space for it in the side yard of our home. The problem with that was that it took up way too much of the kids' play space, and my wife really didn't relish the idea of pulling out the landscaping when it came down to it. Plus, the neighbors wouldn't have been too happy with the idea.

We searched around for solutions, almost thinking we were going to have to get rid of our beloved new RV, and that's when we found a Harbor City Self Storage location called US Storage Centers. They offered really affordable RV parking and storage, and we felt really safe there, as well. The Harbor City Self Storage location is really close to our house, so if we ever do want to just run and pick up the RV for a weekend camping trip, it's not difficult to arrange at all.

Anyway, the storage unit at the Harbor City Self Storage location is really huge, and it's not hard to get the RV into and out of at all. Plus, we feel much better about leaving our RV in an indoor storage location, even though it's a little more costly than just parking it out on some guys' lot for the winter. But the fact that we can lock up our RV safely in the Harbor City Self Storage location is really worth paying a bit of extra for.

Plus, we can make sure our toy is protected from the elements through the winter, which is really going to help it hold its value. Besides all that, of course, the US Storage Centers Harbor City Self Storage location is really well-lit and well-maintained, and we can get in any time to check up on our RV. On a nice day during the early spring, I'll even run over there to start tuning up the RV for our summertime jaunts around the countryside! It's really convenient to not have to drive it home in order to get it ready to go for the summer.

The huge storage unit at the Harbor City Self Storage location is really plenty big for our RV, and it's even big enough that we can store a couple of extra boxes in there in the winter. Don't tell, but it's actually a great place to keep our kids' Christmas presents secret! They'll never find them in there, for sure.

Lowering Business Costs with Harbor City Storage

These days, starting and running a small business is tougher than ever, but as a small business owner, I have a few tricks up my sleeve to make it easier. One of them is Harbor City Storage, specifically US Storage Centers in this location. The US Storage Centers Harbor City Storage location helps me lower the business costs for my handyman business dramatically.

You see, for my handyman business, I obviously have to have tons of different tools. After all, I do everything from installing custom cabinetry to plumbing and electrical work. I'm a true Jack of all trades in that way. It's good for business, and it keeps me from getting bored, but it also means that I have to have way more tools that would ever fit in my home garage. I mean, if I even tried to get all those tools into my garage, my wife would go absolutely nuts because she wouldn't even be able to park her car in there!

Larger handyman businesses can afford to rent office spaces and buildings with warehouses for all of their tools, but my one-man business just can't afford that. So, in order to keep my business costs down without having to cut back on the number of tools I can use at any given time, I use a unite at a Harbor City Storage location to store my extra tools in.

One of the best things about US Storage Centers Harbor City Storage is that the managers are super helpful. Honestly, I'm good with a lot of things, but organization isn't my strong point. So, I wasn't really sure what size storage unit I would need to fit all my tools in and to still be able to get to everything. I talked with the manager for a while, and he showed me some different units so we could decide what would work best for me. I didn't want to pay for space I didn't need, but I also didn't want to wind up with a unit that was too small!
