My experience with US Storage Centers has been one in which I intend to keep having.
I have had nothing but efficient, friendly, and reliable service. The facility is safe, well-kept, and clean. The unit is very spacious, easily located, and meets my needs with room for more. The personalized customer service is phenomenal, namely Barbara and Jim. I feel welcome at US Storage Centers and I would highly recommend this storage site to those seeking secure, clean, and fully operational storage facilities.

I usually do not write comments on persons, I feel their job is what they do and that's why they do it. I am taking time out of my day to make mention of an employee at your Laguna Niguel office. I have used many other storage facilities and they were all fairly adequate. Julie, (sorry I don't remember her last name) had me come over to your facility definately not due to pricies, as there were many less priced facilities, but her warmth and kindness when I first spoke to her coaxed me. Well, I have been with you and Julie for over 2 years and I still receive the same warmth and kindness every time I call or come in. I deal with many businesses, it is the rare gem in the few people in the world that will keep a customer for life, me. Thank-you again Julie, know you do make a difference.
