My experience with US Storage Centers has been one in which I intend to keep having.
I have had nothing but efficient, friendly, and reliable service. The facility is safe, well-kept, and clean. The unit is very spacious, easily located, and meets my needs with room for more. The personalized customer service is phenomenal, namely Barbara and Jim. I feel welcome at US Storage Centers and I would highly recommend this storage site to those seeking secure, clean, and fully operational storage facilities.

These guys took me for a ride, promised a prorating and didn't follow through. They locked up my stuff until I payed full price. I am a Chapman student and warn all other students not to use this facility, there are two public storages closer to school! The owner/manager wouldn't work with me to resolve the problem; he just slammed the phone down in my face.
