Kitchens... It seems like they’re getting so messy so quickly, doesn’t it? You make a quick dinner, next thing you know there’s a cutting board lying around, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, forks and knives awaiting your washing attention. A couple of spots, 2 more splats and crumbs, and you can’t believe you have to cook again as early as tomorrow. The LAST thing that you need on your plate is clutter. So we made it easy for you, with 3 tips that can start making a difference as of Right Now: 1. Use Reusable Napkins and Towels Paper napkins and paper towels fill up space and trash bags. A solution to this, is to buy reusable napkins and dish towels. They'll look good hanging from a kitchen cabinet, and it's easy to throw them in the washing machine with the rest of the laundry when they need a wash. 2. Get rid of ingredients you haven’t used in a long time. If it's been longer than 6 months and those spices haven't seen ANY action, it's time to say goodbye. 3. Get a few sturdy reusable shopping bags. The average American uses approximately 500 plastic bags every year. They're bad for kitchen space, not to mention the environment. To solve this problem, get a couple of good reusable bags and store them in your car. This way you won't forget about them, plus they won't clutter your kitchen. More tips coming soon!
