It’s what we like to do for you :) Here are 12 (clever) organizing/storage tricks that may inspire you: Tension Rods Use tension rods as a divider, to keep items from getting lost in your kitchen drawers. Vertical Space is your friend Instead of shoving and stuffing kitchen items in cabinets and drawers, move vertically. Install shelves to store smaller items. If you have a kitchen closet, you could use that space to install tall shelving units and turn that space into a pantry. 2nd chance for Tissue Box Use empty tissue boxes to store and dispense plastic grocery bags. Creative Displays The wooden cubes you can find at any WalMart or Target aren’t just for living room décor. You can use them in the kitchen, office, bathroom or bedroom for additional yet versatile storage. Colorful fabric can be used as backing for them, to make them stand out more. Paper Towel Holders Recycle an old paper towel stand for easy access to ribbon in your craft’s space. Stack the ribbons with the largest at the bottom and smallest at the top. Pot Racks Use a pot rack to hang pots and tools and make more space available in the cabinets and drawers. A great place for this is above the stove. Shoe Organizers aren’t just for Shoes Hang a clear shoe organizer on your pantry door and use it to store a variety of kitchen tools and supplies. Label the pockets with tags to find everything that you need easily and effortlessly. Use a Desk Organizer Who says desk organizers should just be used in the office? You can store all your cutting boards for easy access. You can also re-purpose a standard desktop organizer to hold all your bathroom essentials, like cotton swabs, brushes and makeup. Shower Curtain Hooks If your space allows, hang shower curtain hooks on a closet bar to hang purses, necklaces, belts and ties, keep them at eye level and off the floor. Wine Racks If you find that newspapers and magazines are lying around everything, you could use a wine rack to store them. Just roll and place inside the rack.
