If your life gets chaotic (which is the case for most of us), think about using a binder to organize your To Do's, Reminders and Goals. I’ve labeled my latest binder with an original title: “2014″. And in it, I have a section for everything that I need to keep from losing marbles. I agree that technology is great, and we have apps for anything that we could possibly need, but… There’s something to writing down what you need, seeing it and holding it in your hands. Sometimes that helps internalize your thoughts better. So if you're like me, here are some section-ideas for your "hands-on" binder: Today - here you can keep to-do lists, bills you need to send out, etc. Anything that needs to be accomplished today. Week - a section for the items you’ll need to do this week. Appointment reminders, grocery list, call sheets, letters, house chores, etc. Clients -or- Work - keep tasks & other business To Dos & reminders. Diet & Exercise - hold your workout tracking sheets and food diary, all in one place. Other ideas would be: Recipes, Kids’ schedule, Coupons and Birthdays.
