You will be pleased to find that our facility and location embodies the charm, history, and personality of Pasadena. Located just off of Spencer Highway, our US Storage Centers’ Pasadena location is in a convenient location for anyone in the area. We are found near several other popular businesses in the area, including the Starbucks, Bushi-Ban, and O’Reilly Auto Parts. We are also just a few blocks to the east of Grand View Memorial Park and the Bethany Center. Our clients normally live in a variety of neighborhoods surrounding our location, including College Park - which, as its name implies, houses mostly students of San Jacinto College Central - Ridgeway, Spencer View Terrace, and Greenwood Place, but anyone is welcome to our facility to store their personal items.

We provide the best and most convenient hours in the industry. Our office is open from Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and is closed Sunday. However, if our office happens to be closed but you still need access to your unit, we allow access to the facility seven days of the week, 365 days of the year. Access is granted daily from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

I have made the decision to move my belongings from the Hinman location due to significant damage caused by water from the central A/C unit and annual asphalt repairs. Although most of my items are in plastic bins, many have been affected by black mold and excessive dirt swept/blown into my unit. My picture frames, cycle bike, baby car seat, bouncer, and other items have all been damaged as a result. Despite being informed that I would receive an insurance claim form via email on 1/26/24, I have yet to receive it or receive a call back from the manager. I am confident in my decision to remove my belongings and look forward to resolving this matter with the assistance of the insurance claim.

Excellent. Reserved an available covered space on line. Came by the next day to physically look and make sure we would be able to easily maneuver our motor home into the position. Then completed the contract with the staff at the office. Was just that smooth and simple.

It was great I was able to move in as scheduled and got a great discount the first month and Brandon the manager was awesome, he showed the utmost professionalism and he was very helpful. My unit was clean and ready to go an I had no idea you could use a free truck on move in Day. So very nice to have a positive experience these days. Keonna is awemazing! I was referred to her through a family member that has been renting from her for quite some time now. From the moment I called her, she made everything so easy and her way of caring is so very special. I visited several storage facilities before making a decision to do business with US Storage centers and there's no competition. Mainly is due to front counter attendant which was the assistant manager.

The second person we felt with, a black lady, was very personable, helpful and nice. We got everything we needed done accomplished with her. I strongly recommend her. The First Lady, on Friday, was a disaster. She didn’t seem to know the computer system, she badmouthed her bosses, on of whom is her mother. She complained about her pay and raises and took forever to finish. Then when I needed some help about an hour later, she held up her hand and said she was on lunch and she would be back in 15 to 20 minutes. I don’t wait another 20 minutes when I have spent 2 hours of my day already. This was a white lady, she was not what a “sales person” should be.

In spite of the Covid19 I have received individual assistance. I have one thing that I have had trouble with and that is trying to pay online. It said I owed 0 amount when it was days away from being due. I ended up paying by phone.

Loved working with kianna, at the storage on spencer in pasadena, TX. The other girl (with the glasses drives the small white car, always wears converse shoes) that works in the front, is very rude and disrespectful. She has acted that way towards myself, my husband, mother, and sister on several occasions. If it were not for Kianna we would have gone elsewhere for 2 storage units.

So far so good but I have not had any success in getting my question about enrolling in the property insurance program. Also, when I stopped by there was no one in attendance with no notice on the door saying when manager would be back. That is disappointing. When I called the customer service 800 number the rep could not answer my question, she offered for someone to call back. That was 3 days ago. So far no call.

I was very impress with the way your associate took care of everyone in the lobby timely and with a smile on her face. Actually, everyone in the lobby had a smile! Customer service at its finest! Keonna Long, the property manager. I have rented units from numerous facilities over the years and this was the 1st time where someone actually listened to my storage needs thoroughly and was able to suggest a few different options to best suit my situation. Sure, it is easy to rent the largest unit so everything fits however it's not always the most economical way. Keonna asked different questions which helped lead to my renting a unit that fit my needs as well as my budget. She is very knowledgeable of her the available units. She has earned by business for many years to come, as well as the business from anyone that I know in need of storage solutions. Very impressive!

Online payment instructions could be clearer. Step #4 says nothing about using the numeric gate code as the password. It took me three trips to the office before someone finally told me I had to use the numeric gate code.
Also, I have been trying to change my password by using 4 numbers and 4 letters, one of which is capitalized. Obviously I'm doing something wrong, but I don't know what. Another trip to the office?
