Our professional concierge services take the work out of managing your collection — including receiving and storing your shipments directly into your locker, so your wine is always taken care of even when you can't make it in. All included with your storage membership at no extra cost.

We offer a concierge-style receiving service for your convenience. Shipments of wine can be delivered directly to our on-site office and are placed immediately in a secure company-designated, climate-controlled holding locker. This service is free of charge for Del Rey Wine Center members and removes the risk of allocation or wine club shipments spending unnecessary time with Fed Ex or UPS when no one is at your home to receive and sign for them.

Customers who sign a 12-month lease can have professional shelving and bottle racking installed directly in their unit — so your collection has a proper home from day one, without the hassle of sourcing or assembling your own.

We also carry specialized wine storage boxes available for purchase at the facility. Engineered for wine — not general moving — they stack safely to 7 feet high, letting you make the most of every inch of your unit. Ask our team about current availability.
