Del Rey Wine Center is a purpose-built cellar beneath a Morphosis-designed building in Los Angeles, with private lockers starting at 15 cases and walk-in rooms for collections of 325+ cases.

Cost depends on locker size, measured in case capacity. Monthly rates for every size at Del Rey Wine Center are listed in the unit cards on this page — smaller lockers rent for less than most Los Angeles parking spots.

A standard case holds 12 bottles. Our smallest locker holds 15 cases — about 180 bottles — and sizes step up through 20, 45, 55, and 85 cases to walk-in rooms holding 150 to 325+ cases.

The cellar holds 55°F and 60–70% relative humidity year-round, with HEPA-filtered air, low light, and daily monitoring by our team — the conditions of a natural wine cave, underground in Los Angeles.

Access is limited to members, with gated electronic entry to the building and individual access codes for each unit. The facility operates 24/7 video recording and 24/7 climate monitoring.

Yes — receiving is built into membership. Deliveries come straight to our on-site office and go immediately into a designated climate-controlled holding locker, then into your unit. No signature missed, no case of Burgundy sitting in a FedEx truck in July. The service is free for all Del Rey Wine Center members.

Customers who sign a 12-month lease can have professional shelving and bottle racking installed directly in their unit — so your collection has a proper home from day one, without the hassle of sourcing or assembling your own. We also carry specialized wine storage boxes for purchase at the facility.
