A standard case holds 12 bottles. Our smallest locker holds 15 cases — about 180 bottles — and sizes step up through 20, 45, 55, and 85 cases to walk-in rooms holding 150 to 325+ cases.

The cellar holds 55°F and 60–70% relative humidity year-round, with HEPA-filtered air, low light, and daily monitoring by our team — the conditions of a natural wine cave, underground in Los Angeles.

Access is limited to members, with gated electronic entry to the building and individual access codes for each unit. The facility operates 24/7 video recording and 24/7 climate monitoring.

Yes. We offer a concierge-style receiving service for your convenience. Shipments can be delivered directly to our on-site office and are placed immediately in a designated, climate-controlled holding locker. This service is free of charge for Del Rey Wine Center members — and removes the risk of allocation or wine club shipments spending unnecessary time with FedEx or UPS when no one is at your home to receive and sign for them.

Customers who sign a 12-month lease can have professional shelving and bottle racking installed directly in their unit — so your collection has a proper home from day one, without the hassle of sourcing or assembling your own. We also carry specialized wine storage boxes for purchase at the facility.
