I worked with Vivi she was great company! Super good customer service and great personality!

I showed up 2 days ago about 5 minutes before the office closed to rent a unit and was given the best friendliest customer service I've experienced in a long time. Vivi took the time to show me the unit and do all the paperwork necessary to rent even though it kept her there late, and then she even insisted on sweeping it out for me before I moved in. It was a great first experience with this storage location. Thanks!

Very kind and quick staff! They were able to move me in quickly, and efficiently! Brian (I believe that’s his name) is super helpful and will answer any and all questions that you may have. I was thinking about getting a bigger unit instead of 2 smaller units and had asked if it would be cheaper for me in the long run and he answered honestly saying that with the deal I got on my 2 smaller units would be cheaper than moving into a bigger one! Second time here and I love it.

Everything is great except how filthy the units are. Everything g is covered in a layer of dirt. Bring tarps or sheets to cover your stuff or Everything will be completely covered in dirt... every unit has a stupid air vent above the roll door. They wanted to ruin whatever anyone thought was safe and protected. The air vent is their master piece in pissing everyone off by destroying their stuff. /%%

Storage is one of those for a reason or a season and in our case a season turned into a year and a half. Lol. Thankful to Shawna who assisted me today and yesterday in making account closure painless and simple over the phone. She has the nicest demeanor! Our time with this facility was smooth. All the options provided up front, auto pay, access, sizes of units varied. We chose this location half an hour from home due to being more cost effective than the rest and while prices went up, so did everyone else's so it's the nature of the beast. My only suggestion would be to add the access time 6-10pm to the website or voice mail information when the office is closed. One shouldn't have to drive over to read it on the gate as it's not available on the business card, site or recorded message. Thanks for housing our junk and may the boxes be with you!

The storage place is conveniently located nearby places of residence. Easy gate access and prices are reasonable. Ms. Shawna Cammarota (Front desk) is very helpful and always cares for the customer's needs. Excellent customer service and I highly recommend this location for all storage needs.

I forgot he lady's name she was working April 5th at 930am. She was above and beyond we are currently living in he umom shelter around the corner and are getting exited so will be living in our car so needed a unit to put my kids belongings. She was amazing and took us to physically see how big the units were and was so kind helping us. I will definitely be sharing this companies information with other moms here at the shelter. As soon as I find her name I'll update this I really would love for her to get some recognition for the amazing customer service and kindness we very much needed when people hear homeless they look down on you she was amazing and made me feel like I was a person and not down.

The lease agent was so helpful, I believe her name was Julia mattox. I totally will recommend using storage sense to friends and family.

Decent storage place with pretty low monthly rates. If paying in store instead of online, be sure to have either exact cash or enough on a card, as they don't seem to have the ability to take "split payments" between two different payment methods. Which wouldn't be a hassle if, they weren't located on a One Way street with very long timers on the traffic lights due to the Light Rail operating in the middle of road and the closest ATM being in a Corner Store on the opposite side of the street from the Storage place. Depending on the time of day and the Light Rail schedule, a simple down the street, wait for the light, make a U-Turn, get the cash, go back up the street, wait again for the Light and the Light Rail to pass by and then another U-Turn, took almost 20 minutes.

Helped a lot clean amazing staff

This is m third storage unit in three years. I really thought I wouldn't be in this situation again, but here I am. I walked in and Carla P. was extremely friendly and helpful. She was so accommodating that I was happy to open up my third unit in three years. The unit was just enough because of the very high ceilings. Now, I am on the 2nd floor, so I did have to hike up a set of stairs to take my stuff. You won't have access to a cart or anything, but most of the other units are all on a ground floor level. The price was reasonable, so I hope to remove my items and this is my last unit.

Layla, the manager, was very helpful in picking the correct size and location of our storage unit. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

My reservation and subsequent storage lease was handled entirely by Carla. I can honestly say that I have never experienced such an easy and caring experience regarding storage rental in my life. Out of all the storage facilities I contacted, Storage Sense was by far the most interested in simplifying and coordinating my lease and move-in. This was all due to Carla. I will be in need of storage again this Fall and I will look no further than Storage Sense and hope that Carla will be there to help me. She is head and shoulders above anybody at any other company that I have ever dealt with. She gives me new faith in the business world.

I recently had the opportunity to rent a storage unit from storage Sense here in Phoenix. Now I have rented storage units in the past and had a harrowing experience at both the those places. So me being me I was prepared to get jacked and had even saved up an extra $100 just in case. To my surprise when I got to the office at 3122 east Washington. There are two facilities separated by a commercial building in between. The office is located in the smaller of the two facilities. When I entered the office I was greeted by a lady who even though was wearing a mask as was i. I could clearly see was happy and enthusiastic about her job. The smile shown through that mask like a 1000 lumen led flashlight on high. After the usual small talk was done with Carla got down to business. Now she admittedly was new to the job. She had only worked there for 3 months and I started having a storage flashback. But this lady knows her business she might not be the greatest computer operator I have seen but she knew all about the various sizes and prices of individual units. How much the insurance was for each one . She was friendly and efficient in just a matter of a few minutes (shorter than the time to write this review) She had all the forms filled out the contracts were ready and converted to PDF and downloaded to my phone after 5 minutes all I had to do was pay the start costs and insurance ( which by the way is a good thing to have) $81 with the monthly bi at around $61 including the insurance. You can find cheaper storage facilities but you are getting what you pay for. Here at storage Sense you are getting value added into the cost of the storage. Employees like Carla are rare these days. Fact -- since I have been here about 10 or so. Carla has made a point to say hello everytime she sees me. Has stopped by while I was goofing around in my unit sorting my stuff. Today after work I got to the storage at around 4-430 it was hot and I was grumpy from the 6 mile bike ride. She stopped by on her lock check and I got e chance to ask her if u could switch sides because where I was when the door was open the sun poured in making it even hotter. Not only did she say let's check it out but gave me a ride in her golf cart to the office helped another customer and looked up the issue on the computer with 20 minutes to go on her shift . Yes she switched me I paid the insurance payment of $15 and moved my stuff in time for her to I check the rest of the place and that was that. Carla is great then world needs more people like Carla. You need storage come to storage sense in Washington talk to Carla and you will be happy you did. Thank you ")

I like the location, the access to the unit is through a gated entrance monitored with cameras. Units are clean with easy to lift roll up doors. The price fit my budget and the unit fit my goods.

I just rented a 10x10 and I was very pleased with the terms, access to my unit (365 days a year and 6:30a-10p), and the size of my storage unit. The manager was very professional, efficient, and seems to keep good communication with lessees. A customer came into the office and the manager had good customer service and had great interaction with the lessee and I thought that was very good because we are all human beings and good relationships make great business interactions. The unit itself is a great price and the grounds was clean. The manager said the roof will get redone and that's great to hear as well. I left feeling good about my choice!!!

The price for the space was a little more than advertised online. There are additional fees for insurance and a unit with A/C. I've never rented a space before so this may be the norm. Other than that the place is clean. The young lady at the front desk explained the rules and prices well. She is very pleasant and approachable. She explains how to enter the property and guides you to your unit and explains the rules on property, about being tidy and thoughtful of our customers. I am very happy with my experience renting thus far. I am about to enter into my 2nd month renting with them and from my experience, it seems as though if you abide by their open and close hours and pay your rent, when it's due, you will have a pleasant relationship with them.

Well, killed my lease, only could move half my stuff, they knew I had nowhere to put stuff, lost some family furniture part of a set. I know they didn't just throw stuff away, too much nice stuff, I've yet to see them cut me a check of the proceeds, I put 4 years into compiling and discarding the bad, and had office supplies to la at ten lifetimes and I'm a teacher, some misunderstandings made something bigger then it was but I reckoned it was more important to move the stuff just didn't realize I couldn't do it all in time. It's a decent place, good place to rent, no animosity, I could have dealt with it better.

Yesterday I reserved my unit because on the website it stated “$1 to move in”. First, when I got there, I was told that the unit I reserved was no longer available. Luckily, Debra went out of her way to get me a unit. Her customer service is awesome. However, somethings I did not know was when you’re signing your lease agreement there is a one time $20 admin fee along with a $11 insurance fee (If you have home/rent insurance, you can use that, all you need to do is give them the policy number. That wavies the $11 insurance fee). But the facility is well maintained and looks nice!

This place is awesome! I worked with Debrah to get a storage unit. I have never rented a storage unit on my own before. My car was not fitting into the storage unit that I just filled out all the paperwork for. I came back to the office and let Debrah know the storage unit isn't big enough thinking she would send me somewhere else and leave me on my own. This was not the case at all. She herself went and actually tried fitting it in. We figured out the problem was my car was too long and the storage units were too close together to back up enough, we could not go straight in. Debrah suggested we go down the street to another storage sense and she gave me a new storage unti (same size) but this one I could pull straight in. This worked! She even took the time to go all they way over there with me to make sure I was okay and help me! She made the paperwork so easy and what I thought was going to be a very stressful day, she made it a breeze. I am a out of state college student, so my parents were so happy to hear I recieved such great service and help with my unit since they are not able to be here to help. I know a lot of other students who need storage unit and from now on I will recommend them to this place and to Debrah. I will continue to use storage sense every year! Amazing customer service, I could not be happier!

The owner was nice and the check in process was very fast. They showed me the unit before I paid so I could check the size and quality. The units and property are extremely clean.

Very narrow driveway, and small doors. I had a customer move into one, and could not fit the couch thru the doorway. Storage was a 10 x 5 I think and was pretty dusty on the inside floor. All in all you can fit a 24' uhaul around the corners with some good driving skills and some good!

The owner is super nice and helpful. Units are clean and convenient.

Staff was super-friendly and very helpful (shout-out to Scott), and set up was quick and easy. Be aware that like most storage places there is a one-time admin fee and they require insurance, but their prices are great. Highly recommend!

Mayte was super duper professional and considerate if my concerns. I filled out a promo code and reserved a spot online. Their units are outdoors and locked and gated. They give you a code to access the gate. Storage hours are 6:00am to 10:30pm. she gave me a tour ride in a golf cart :)

We got a small 10x10 storage area and put our whole house in there. It is really secure and very hard to break into. One perimeter fence, a heavy duty lock and sturdy roll door really protects your stuff. Codes are easy to remember but hard to guess. Bring your business here if you want a place for your stuff that is protected.

The people in the office were very helpful and even let us check everything out before we had to commit to anything. This is my first time ever needing to put anything into a storage unit and they have made it a good experience so far

The staff is friendly, polite, helpful, AND efficient. Cindy is a customer's dream come true when it comes to management because she WANTS to do her job well and she really, really does. Tom is a really nice and helpful guy who doesn't seem to be able to NOT smile. Lakisha is a newer addition to the team so I didn't talk to her as much, but every interaction was great. I had a storage unit here for almost 2 years after only planning to have it a few months (seems like that's always how it goes, eh?) and I had an irreversible error with the website so I came in at least once a month to pay my bill and really got to know the facility and the staff. It seems an odd thing to say that I will really miss the staff of my storage unit... but I will. I cannot recommend this location enough.

Fast and polite service.

The place is huge. Plenty of storage spaces. Some are tiny, some you can fit vehicles in. They were clean and solid. They have some outdoor access or indoor. Even few upstairs too. For the price I found online was excellent and the staff on sight friendly and numerous of them. Yea its not an all access your unit 24 hours but they do have hours that allows you more time than the others around. I looked into that. It's a good place stow your storage treasures.

I left my motorcycle in a 5x10 storage. The door is 3 feet wide so bigger motorbikes might need to get a 10x10. Tom, the person I dealt with at the counter was most kind and helpful. The place is clean and professional. You can walk 5 min. to take a bus that brings you to the free sky train. 20 min. after leaving my storage, I was in the Phoenix airport. Will definitely use this place again.

The storage has large amount of dirt on the floor and it is very dusty inside. I had to sweep the floor and clean it up before putting my things inside. They should be completely clean prior to renting to customers.

Very easy to work with management, all my stuff was safe, and the AC kept it all cool enough over the scorching summer. I would definitely recommend it.

At this particular cube smart location there customer service is outstanding and it was truely deminstrated one of there managers whos name is angel tirado. I had the pleasure today of dealing with Angel Tirado the manager of Cube Smart. A situation occured that needed understanding as well as asisstance. Got an outside drive up unit. The sign up process was easy and the prices were competitive. Sara was pleasant and made everything easy and quick.

I was in the process of moving to Phoenix and was looking for a climate-controlled facility where I could store boxes for a short time. Chance Collins, the manager of this CubeSmart facility, was extraordinarily helpful when arranging for me to rent a storage unit. When I came the second time, he greeted me by name, sold me a moving kit and even explained that I could have my mail delivered to my unit while I looked for a home in Phoenix. The storage unit has proven to be so useful, I'm going to continue renting it long term...

I was assisted by manager, Chance Collins. Mr. Collins was quick, polite and thorough. He made the sign up quick and easy and escorted me to the unit to give me all the details on entry, where to park etc. The only thing I would caution people about is the advertised price is not all there is to sign up. There's the monthly rental, a one time administrative fee of $22.00 and required monthly insurance of $12.00. If you don't have a lock to lock your unit you will have to purchase one for about $16.00. The service was excellent and friendly but they could be a little more forthcoming in the fees before you get there.

Facility seems nice enough. No complaints on people or staff. But they advertised $18.99 per month. I went to get my unit it was $50+ move in, and 18.99 a month, plus 12.99 a month for a 5x5. So it's actually 31.88 a month. Nothing is more bothersome to me than expecting one price and being given another when you make the trip there. Place looks nice though. I was just shopping price and location. So they dont meet my needs.
