Why do so many Las Vegas households and businesses rent storage?

The Las Vegas valley is home to about 3 million people and grows by roughly 42,000 residents a year (UNLV CBER). Close to 42% of Clark County households rent, homes here rarely have basements, and the valley sees a constant flow of move-ins—so space runs tight. Add the RVs, boats, and toys that come with desert living, and it's no surprise storage is in demand. Las Vegas is also one of the most competitive storage markets in the U.S., which makes a clean, well-rated, conveniently located facility worth seeking out. That's what US Storage Centers offers across 10 valley locations.
