At 9300 West Colfax Avenue, Lakewood, CO 80215 — on West Colfax just east of Kipling Street, about two miles south of I-70 and a mile north of US-6, near the Denver Federal Center and Belmar. It's our only Lakewood facility, and it's fully indoor and climate-controlled.

Yes — every unit. The whole building is enclosed and climate-controlled, from lockers to 10×30 rooms, with passenger elevators and complimentary carts. If you want drive-up access instead, our Littleton locations about 20 minutes south carry it.

Not at our Lakewood facility — it's indoor only, with no vehicle parking. For drive-up units, our Littleton facilities (Grand Avenue for standard and oversized sizes, Belleview Avenue for large 10×20 to 15×25 bays) are the nearest option. For RV and boat parking, our Castle Rock facility off I-25 has dedicated spaces for vehicles up to about 20 feet.

Yes. West Colfax at Kipling is minutes from Wheat Ridge (north across I-70), Golden (west on US-6 or Colfax), Edgewater and west Denver (east on Colfax), and Arvada (north on Kipling or Wadsworth). Many of our Lakewood tenants live in one of those cities and store here because it's on their commute.
