Rochell at US Storage Center in Show Low, AZ is marvelous! We just relocated to the area and decided to go with US Storage Center after speaking to a few other storage places in the area. I got a 10x10 storage unit, never had a climate controlled unit before and I can say that it's the best choice ever! Customer service is even BETTER, Rochell is AMAZING!! I’m currently going through one of the toughest times of my life From being evicted to having all my personal possessions minus my clothes stolen by my ex who moved out of state. I’ve also got 4 kids so I desperately needed a storage unit so we don’t lose anything else. I called in and talked to Rochelle who was beyond amazing and caring! She not only gave me a few words of advice but encouragement too along with offering to buy me a lock for my unit! People like her aren’t common these days and employees like her are even more hard to find! If I ever need storage again or know of someone who needs a storage unit I will be sending them to this location! Btw this woman deserves a raise and some serious recognition for being not only an incredible person but an amazing employee as well

So If you are reading this review , I just want to says thanks to all the customers new and recent that I hade the pleasure of meeting while I worked this property for 2 weeks, So anyone that needs a unit or a Rv space we are almost full on the whole property but still have plenty of 12 x 50' covered RV spaces and they all have 110 v outlets you can plug into for no extra cost unlike other company's that charge you , the only bad thing and its not really bad but we had a manager quit and a few of us have been covering this site so I came back to Phoenix last Saturday and the office will probably be closed this week we are in the process of hiring a new manager so please be patient , you can still call us here and rent over the phone or online so maybe I will be back soon loved the weather a lot cooler than in Phoenix if you are looking to rent let them know you seen this review I'm leaving and they will give you a discount that will put a smile on your face .

Great Experience We Meet with Jackie A Very Sweet Respectful Young Lady who definitely knows the ins and outs of of the business she could answer all of our questions and showed us the grounds before we made the decision to Rent an RV Spot . The Premises are Clean well kept and very Secure. He explained clearly how the storage facility operates, he showed me storage options & how to utilize the site amenities, & explained the safety rules so there was no question of understanding them. Mr Garcia went out of his way in renting the storage unit that met my needs. And I was happy to take advantage of the 50% off rental fee for the 1st month by donating to the Company's campaign against cancer. The facility is sparkling clean, well lit, and well laid out. Justin is a super star! He is nice, helpful, and right there when you need him. So friendly. Great place to store anything. I can’t wait to be able to store my car there.

Great location Looks new has level cement for my camper Covered and electrical. Justin was great and was able to get me a second spot for my RV. Prices are great and spots are easy to get in and out

Absolutely amazing manager(Justen) and the grounds and units are clean and easy to navigate! Justen is always happy to listen and try to help if there’s an issue or something comes up also. He keeps a smile too! The units and halls are always clean, as well as the bathroom and outside!

Justen, the manager was very helpful. Totally professional and kind. The facility itself was immaculate. The units I was shown were clean and awfully spacious. The location itself was neat especially because it is a bit tucked away and hidden. I felt confident in storing my belongings here. 10/10

Justen is super friendly and very helpful. The place is really clean and climate controlled which was great since it decided to rain the day I moved! My boxes got wet and I was able to buy more and packing tape right there. I'm glad that I picked them sight unseen. It was a good choice!

Great real person experience securing our storage units over the phone. The Manager explained everything and went above and beyond to get the best unit for our use. We highly recommend US Storage Center in Showlow, AZ!

Are great people treated me well and worked with me when I couldn't make my payment and the staff is super friendly been in a couple times since they have opened and always great experience and many sizes of units and lots or storage room for boats Rvs and trailers should definitely check it out and great prices on the units
