Our 5'x5' units are great for those who are looking to store a few boxes of seasonal decorations that aren't in use or personal items to make a little extra room in your home. Our 15'x45' units will fit large pieces of furniture for those who are remodeling their homes or business owners looking to store large inventory in Bakersfield. All our storage units allow for drive-up access, giving you the convenience to pull up to your unit and access your belongings instantly. If you need assistance moving your belongings into your unit, we offer a free move-in truck that's available to all first time customers.

Located just off Hwy 99, our Bakersfield facility is easy to find, convenient to access, and provides everything you need in a self-storage facility. Our main intersections are White Lane and Hughes Lane and we reside right next to the Howard Johnson by Wyndham Bakersfield that lies on the intersection of Los Carneros Place and Mesa Grande Street. Our customers live in many of the surround neighborhoods including, Wible Orchard, Benton Park, and Oleander/Sunset.

We also provide RV, boat, and vehicle storage on site. If you're looking to store your recreational vehicles during the seasons they're not in use, our storage facility offers safe and convenient outdoor parking. Our tenants receive a PIN code that grants access through the electronic gate. Our facility also provides 24/7 video recording throughout the whole property and individually alarmed units.

Q. How long do I need to rent a storage unit?
We offer storage rental on a month-to-month basis. You are never locked into a long-term lease agreement.
Q. Do you offer discounts or promotions?
A. Yes! We offer special pricing and promotions for new storage customers such as one month 50% off. You can find our promotions by searching our unit selection above. Each promotion can be found next to the unit pricing and amenities.
Q. Am I allowed to place shelving in my storage unit?
A. Absolutely! Some people put shelving in their units to help organize their space.
Q. Do I need to bring my own lock?
A. Customers are required to have a compatible lock if they choose to purchase their own. Locks are also available for purchase at our facility.
Q. What times can I access my unit?
A. Our access hours are listed on our website, right above the office hours. You can also call our facility to ask about the hours.

I revived a call a couple of weeks ago in regards to my mothers unit and the clerk that called didn’t have proper phone etiquette didn’t get to the point right away and was a bit hard to understand.

It was horrible. I was told by my son that they took my storage away with no explanation.I had my son helping me because I was not able to walk due to my leg and drs orders. I called and the lady said that my guest was using the unit as a workplace... I wasn't even called to ask who my guest was and what he was doing at the unit before they kicked my guest off premises and told him I will not be getting a refund for the rest of the month. The lady even deleted my gate entry. If they would have asked me I would have told them that I'm on bed rest and I sent my son over to the storage to get my wheelchair out which was in the back of the storage unit and I told him to make sure it was nice and neat before he left and so he had to get the stuff out and get my wheelchair out put it to the front and he straightened it up made sure it was nice and clean and then that's when that lady came up to him and said that I was kicked out.When I called her she said "well your guest was in there and my general manager heard him working" saying it with a disgusted voice. I let her know that guest is my son who is helping me out right now. She gave him 2 hours to vacate. I feel discriminated& judged!

The receptionist I dealt with on my first day was dumb as rocks. I went with my sister to get all checked in and we were both looking at each other like "who employed this girl?" We asked one question and she kept repeating the same thing, most notably "We can't risk it, so we can't risk it." But then that also contradicted the answer she gave us to begin with. Bad customer service, she did not answer my questions. Only perk of this place is the price.

What I didn’t like was they had a lock on my storage and I couldn’t put my boxes in there. That was very inconvenient So I had to go back and unload my car till Tuesday. Because it Labor Day so they were closed. I didn’t even get a call. I left a message with the answering service

I found you by looking up air-conditioned storage units in Bakersfield California and your storage was pulled up, I called and your manager Whitney was wonderful and even though it was Thanksgiving weekend she was able to hold a 10 x 10 for me and they were wonderful her and her husband! When my boyfriend and I both came in we were very impressed with Whitney's customer service as well as once we saw your facility and how nicely it was run it made it a easy choice to choose you have our storage unit Thanks Carly Elder 😊
