The facility manager was very efficient and kind. She helped me with a storage space and updated my personal information. I know my household items are safe from theft, damage or inclement weather. Upon opening an account I spoke with someone over the phone who was extremely helpful, and accomodating. Afterward upon moving into the unit I had the pleasure of meeting Tanislaus who has been absolutely amazing friendly and very accomodating. She has a beautiful personality I wittnessed her handle a difficult tenant with professionalism and kindness, which allows me to feel at ease with my being a tenant here. At a time when more and more people are in need of a place to store their personal property for whatever reason I have had the unfortunate experience of having to pay way too much money as well as not being able to access my things without having to borrow a cart go up to another flight or some other unwanted inconvenience . This place however is a real gem. It is very clean, very reasonably priced and I couldn't be happier unfortunately I have had to utilize the use of a storage facility more times than I would like to to have had to. I understand the power of a good a bad review That being said this storage is by far one of my favorites and I would definitely recommend Austin rd self storage to anyone. ( I give them 5 stars)

The US STORAGE is the place to go when searching for a comfortable spot for your personal treasures. We checked out the area, its surroundings, as well as the pride they take in caring for the property throughout. The customer service agent was very knowledgeable and answered our questions effectively. I have to also comment on having reasonable prices on different units to fit your needs.

We found US storage center when we were moving out of state and needed storage close to highway 99 and I'm glad that I found them. Sabrina greeted me with respect and explained everything in detail to my satisfaction. I received a promotional price for 2 months for renting a 10x15ft unit. Sabrina was very kind and professional. She offered us cold water bottles on a very hot day and even went as far as searching for one of my Google Pixel buds that I thought I lost on the premises. She didn't have to do that but still spent time to do so. It is little things like these that make a customer feel appreciated. I am glad I found them and can recommend them to anybody with my eyes closed. Thank you, Sabrina.

I rented a stall and one unit originally. I needed a bigger unit so they swapped me out for a larger unit with no issues. The units are new so they are very clean.

It was a fast easy process to get started and the rates are better than most. The facility is clean and Sabrina is wonderful and very helpful.

As soon as we walked in, we felt like customers. Sabrina was super friendly and helpful. Our HVAC company needed to change storage facilities for a larger and more easily accessible unit. She immediately took us back and showed us one. She answered all of our questions professionally and let us know about the discounts that they were offering without having to be asked. She made the process of renting the unit super easy! She even put up with our crazy kids running around the office while were trying to get things done! We haven’t even moved our stuff all the way in yet and we are already so impressed by Sabrina and the customer service we received from her!! Thank you!!

I can’t say enough good things about this storage center!! We were with another storage for 9 years and after watching the price continue to rise, we looked into this new facility. Sabrina, the property manager, is the epitome of customer service at its finest. She was friendly, informative, and just all around a great human! We met John the owner, who is a veteran and helped built the center himself and he is equally awesome. The facility is clean, neat, and well kept and the access hours are very generous. The cost is lower than any other storage in the area and it is obvious that John cares more about truly helping people than just taking their money.
