I meant to leave a review when we first left there. Overall, not the worst place. The staff is friendly and signing up and canceling were easy. My only complaint was that my unit was not clean. After I think 5 months, I went to drop some stuff off and it looked like a mouse party in my unit. Mouse poop all over my things. It actually destroyed some of my things and I ended up throwing bags of clothes and other items away because the mouse infestation. I spoke to the Lady at the desk about it and she said another until stored food which caused the mice. I wish we were notified so I could have set up traps instead of letting them have at making homes in the stuff in my unit. She did give ne 2 traps after the fact and I still caught some mice in there. Luckily, she didn't have me clean it when we left. She was friendly enough and apologized for what happened. It still wasn't enough to keep our service, but hopefully they learned from it and inform people as soon as they have infestations.

Smooth as silk sighned up online easy easy went down to the actual unit. The guy walked me over and we decided it was too small. Went back to the office, switched it up, took another 10 minutes. Got a twice the size, and I was in and out great service.

I give this place five stars, I went here to rent a storage unit on my birthday and the lady that was working that day, Jan. 23rd 2025, went above and beyond, she gave me a really big discount, she was really nice, when I first got there she offered me a bottle of water and showed me the storage unit, I rented a 5 by 15 size storage unit and it's the perfect size for all my stuff, I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family if they ever end up needing a storage unit.

Well ran facility. The operator is very friendly and the place is kept very clean. They allow late access up to 9pm. They make it easy to get in and out when you need.

I only gave them five stars because I can't get them six!

Prices are about average. Our unit hasn't been broken into. :) Sometimes people cut holes in the fence but the management patch it up pretty quickly. Sometimes the security gate seems stuck open.

New management has really improved the place. I feel safe storing my belongings there

Nothing special about this place. So far its clean and trustworthy for business. Could improve for better quality services

The staff is really friendly and very professional. I chose them to place my stuff when i moved out of my home in december. I got a 1/2 discount for the first 2 months which was nice since i finances were tight since i was moving. It is a very clean complex and the units are a good size and stay dry. I would def recommend them to anyone that is moving and looking for a storage unit to rent.

We have have been a customer here in the Marysville facility for a few years. This time we first rented here in 1997 when we first moved to town. The stall are always friendly and very helpful. We have altered who can enter our unit and also up graded to a larger unit. and the staff helped with both issues and never acted like it was a problem. My husband is a Vietnam Veteran and we were given the military discount the month after our move-in special ended and have had it continue even through our unit up grade without a problem. I like the many options available to make a payment and the hours to enter your unit are the best in town. The security gate and video cameras are a great security to me when my husband cant come with me

Great place to store your belongings. Easy access, VERY clean and safe and dry. Fair prices for storage units and 45 minutes in either direction of: Sacramento, Chico, Sierra Foothills. Close to Beale Air Force Base, Marysville, Yuba city and more. Brett, on site manager is kind and always available for questions and operations. This is your place to keep your belongings safe and dry.
