I honestly have to say that this place is perfect. Linda, the office manager is great — professional, friendly, easily approachable & answered all of my questions. I liked that there was a good sized area to turn a 5th wheel around in, especially when it comes to maneuvering in & out of the RV parking area. I also liked the fact that there are security cameras everywhere, high iron fences, the place is pristine & very well kept. Also, they have indoor, climate-controlled storage lockers as well. It’s also very convenient with the closing time at 10 PM for tenant access. I’m really glad I chose to store my rig here!

I moved from Washington to California and needed to put some extra items in storage. The online process was easy and straight forward, and I was able to book a unit that was indoors and climate controlled. Upon arrival, Linda was very nice, helpful and thorough in explaining the final rental process. Linda didn't just show me on some map where my unit was, she actually walked me to the front gate, showed me how to access the gate code to get in, then walked me to my unit showing me how to turn on the lights and where the dollies where to help transport my items. I give Linda an A+ for customer service and the facility and A+ for it's easy access and cleanliness. I found the pricing to be great also!

Update 10/2/25. I continue to be pleased with service from Linda and Mike (?) .He had to cut off a lock due to a lost key. I rented some additional space for temporary Storage for a move. I'm very please with the Rohnert Park AC Self Storage/CubeSpace facility. Previously, I got a 10 x10 indoor unit with an internet special $10 monthly discount for the first 6 mos. I was told that after the first six months the contract shifts to a 12 month agreement. The facility is well maintained, clean, and easy to access. I found adequate parking, and carts when I moved in. The property manager was friendly and gave a clear explanation of rental terms and rules, and hours. There is an onsite resident manager. Note: They have continuous background music playing throughout the indoor units. (I personally prefer silence.)

I found this place after being priced out of another facility. 90 more sq ft for 1/2 the price. For now anyways. Office staff, Michael, was very patient and non pressuring. Proper security in a commercial zone. Great find for me.

Through their changes in management, I've found the office staff to be consistently professional and easy to work with. If you are in the market for temperature controlled storage, with truck friendly drive-up spacing, and unusually HIGH ceilings for stacking inventory, this facility may be hard to beat!

Customer service is friendly and professional!

Great experience renting a unit from you for the first time. Mike was extremely helpful, especially because I had accidentally submitted a duplicate renting request and he was able to cancel the duplicate and give me a refund. The process was very straightforward and took under 30 minutes to finalise. Mike personally walked me to my unit and showed me how to enter my code, as well as how to push down on the unit door to slide the latch easier. The location itself is very clean and orderly. It seems very secure with surveillance footage and Mike explained the policy of calling me first if anyone is trying to access my unit without the access code. I’ve had units at two different storage companies, UHaul and Pouch Storage, and AC Storage was definitely much cleaner and friendlier. I feel good about my decision to rent a unit here and believe it will be a good place to keep my belongings safe and secure. Thank you AC Storage team!

As we all know moving is hard enough. So when you get the best customer service and cost when you need a storage it makes life a bit easier. Thank you Michael for being so kind and helpful. Highly recommend this facility.

I have use this storage unit before and the service is always great. And they’re well organized. I like how that they are about explaining the price ranges and what exactly you’re paying for. Of course, last time they were under different management but hopefully an app will come back. And the prices are pretty decent and I absolutely love how they give to my half off.

AC Self Storage has been my first experience with a storage unit and I have to say that my expectations were blown away. They have a very clean facility that is also price friendly. The best part of my experience was by far though was how I was treated by the staff. From the moment I made the first call and spoke with Gilbert until the moment I was signing lease in the office with Mike and Leatha I felt nothing but care and respect from the team. I have been a customer of AC Storage In Rohnert Park for almost two decades. The only thing that keeps me staying there with my two units is Leatha Ruppert, the site manager--she is WONDERFUL!!! She takes care of the facility and her customers. She is kind, always with a smile and always resolves my issues. The Management by CubeSmart is less helpful and constantly raises rents, no matter how long we have rented from them, but Leatha makes it worthwhile or us to stay where we are. I highly recommend renting from her.

The storage was clean, safe and free of pests and rodents, the best part is Lieta, the manager. She was always available, friendly, & helpful. She would go over and above to help. This was so different than dealing with storage facilities in the past. I would highly recommended this place for your storage needs. I know I sound like an ad but I it really was a good experience, even if costs did go up quite a bit, they were comparable.

Excellent facility! Very clean office and grounds, climate controlled main building (those units are climate controlled and there are units that are not) They do have online enrollment that can be done completely contactless including move in, we did go in because we wanted to look at the units available in person. My fiance and I were both allowed to go look at the units but only one of us was allowed to go into the office to sign everything and pay. Has an automatic gate that you get a code for that lets you in and out of the gates. Gate hours are awesome from 6 am to 10 pm (she says to try to leave by 9:45 though because it costs you if you have to get her to open the gate if you're late to leave and it costs you $50 on your next bill also) Wonderful experience overall. Right next to Graton Casino so convenient location in RP. Highly recommend!

Couldn't have had a better experience! Mike and Lisa at the front were so kind and great to talk to! They showed me around and answered all of my questions. The facility was clean and well protected. It was also really easy to sign the lease! The price of our unit was the least expensive I could find. The only downside is that the gate locks by 10pm & if you don't make it out in time, you're charged $50. Personally, not a problem for me.

My experience moving from one unit to another was very positive, quick and easy. The staff at the CubeSmart in Rohnert Park assisted me with a very professional attitude. They always take the time to contact me when there is a new space available. Nice clean facility. The music in those long storage corridors keep one from getting bored! I had a great experience at CubeSmart in Rohnert Park, CA. Leatha Ruppert was very thorough in explaining everything to me. The site was also very clean and well kept. I would refer them to any of my friends.

Used CubeSmart for nearly 4 years, and they were always good to us. Ended up moving out as we were able to build a storage shed at home, and the stuff we had would fit in that. Prices do creep up occasionally, but even after all of that time, stuff that had been in there since the beginning was perfectly fine.

We have stored our motorhome here for about 9 months and with every interaction Letha and Michael have been so professional and kind. The facilities are immaculate and seem very safe. We pay by the year and can't imagine using anyone else, even though we drive from San Francisco just to park here. We highly recommend them.

Michael was so helpful. He made the application process smooth and easy and fun.

I have had my mother's household things in the climate controlled building for over ten years. Everything stayed in great condition, as if it were still in her home...probably better - no dust! The security is fabulous and the people running this are very helpful and kind. I'd highly recommend it to anyone.
