Yes. We offer month-to-month rental agreements, giving you flexibility to store your items for as long as you need without a long-term contract.

Yes. All tenants must insure or protect their belongings while in storage. You will be automatically enrolled in our Protection Plan at move in, but this can be cancelled within 30 days if you provide proof of your own coverage.

I was helped out by Simon today an he got me squared away with my past dues informing me what I was paying for and also letting my know that my locks had been cut months ago so I needed new locks. He also recommended I move from my really old unit to a newer more inexpensive one and take advantage of their 3 month special because I was paying a lot more. He recommended I get this down before the end of the month so I can reduce my costs. He was really very helpful and I was thankful I got really good service while just comping to pay past due.

I made a reservation online for a storage unit, when I went in the next day, I met Simon, the rental manager, he looked up my reservation, told me about what he had available, he took the time to show me a few of the units. When I decided which one I wanted we went back to the office, he got me signed up, found me a discount, explained everything (hours, gate code, etc...) He made the whole process quick and easy. I am very happy with US Storage. I like that you can get in until 9 pm every day. There aren't any issues with rodents. The customer service is beyond expectation. I don't like that the rent went up a bit but it is understandable in these times. I'm sure they are still less than others in the area. I have no complaints. Only praise. Good people!

The people who answer the phones and those who work in my facility are very nice. Tori, a manager, has been extra helpful. I’d like to add that Amber, at the Santa Rosa Avenue office, is probably one of the nicest people I’ve ever had help me at a storage facility. I do have a few issues:. My building doors are always unlocked and open which I think is wrong. This decreases the security level. With the previous owners, they used to be closed and locked, you had to put your code in to get inside. Much safer. I still don’t like that the building doors are always open., but I’ll get over it. It felt like I was backed into a corner and forced to buy their insurance. I was not happy about that. It should be my choice. I am giving the employees 5 stars because they don’t set the policies. I’m giving the business itself 3 stars. All in all, 4 stars.

Tori Cordova was very helpful and respectful. I've been fighting Social Security for years and just got awarded my disability. I've been late and had to pay late fees that I never saw because I'm basically homeless. I took my aggression out on her and called the Storage place assholes and she kept being very polite still. I apologized from the bottom of my heart. Maybe I'm the asshole. We are all human. Also the assistant was very polite last time I came in to pay a late fee

Toriana was great when I called in to inquire about my storage needs. By the time we finished our phone conversation, a storage space that suited my needs was reserved for me on her computer. I have been a long time tenant at this facility (15+ years). This is the first time that I’ve ever had an issue with my storage. Upon walking into the office, I was greeted by Tori Cordova, the property manager, with a smile and an attitude that was eager to help me resolve my issue. We immediately took a walk down to my storage and I was presented with a couple different options so that we could make the resolution of my issue most convenient for me. Great customer service from Maxwell, very friendly and knowledgeable of the units. We ended up renting here and are overall very pleased with our experience. The unit seems easy enough to open and get in to and pretty clean inside. No noticlbe mold or smells either. Definitely recommend this location.

I've rented a unit for many years. They run a tight ship most of the staff is very friendly and would recommend it highly to anyone

I have been using this storage facility for almost 2 years now and it is fantastic. We have had no issues at any point and the price hasn't changed during this entire time, which is amazing because they were by far the cheapest option we could find at the time. It's very clean, and I love that the smaller units are inside a building, so we haven't had any issues with vermin, etc. The lady who works at the front counter has always been very friendly and accommodating as well. I love her dogs! We are looking to get a larger unit in the near future (we currently have a 5x5), and I will update this review after that experience, but honestly, I have recommended this place to two coworkers and they love it, so I have a feeling it will be a good experience.

Nice and friendly staff, drove me around to look at the sizes of the units before deciding.. Just as well because the smallest one was the size of a closet and could not fit a king bed frame in it with a washer and dryer. Also if you Instagram or Facebook a review you can receive a free lock. A++

We Removed Our Stuff From Public Storage And Moved It Into Southpoint Storage. This Place Is Clean as All Storages Are. But This One Has Security. And It Costs Less Too. The Buildings are Temperature Controlled And Security pads on Doors and The Main Gate, Cameras Inside And Out. We Are Happy With This Storage.

I've been storing my wine here for the last 3 years. Never any problem. Staff always friendly and helpful.

The price is excellent, the place is clean; I have been there 2 1/2 - 3 years and I am not a 'Happy Camper'! I rent a 5x5 for $26 pr mth which is excellent comparatively speaking. However, the first year of renting there I accessed my unit to find it in disarray...I thought it was from the earthquake (residing in Sonoma we felt it much more severe) instantly the manager passed by, I informed him that the earthquake had strewn my possessions around, he looked inside the unit then told me to make sure nothing is missing, so I did and he was correct, an older model laptop a sheet and a blanket were missing...but they were the only items missing!?! I went down to the office to inform him that yes there were a few items missing but they didn't have any real value and that I'm more concerned about how the burglars got into the unit. He followed me up to the third floor where my unit is...we both surveyed the unit but couldn't detect any forced entry; the manager asked if I had insurance, I replied that I did not but that I wasn't worried about that (again making that known) but how they got in!? I inquired about the alarm and he agreed that it would have activated and said that he would generate a printout of the units access history...he did and brought it up to me, no indications found!?! I put my things back in order and didn't dwell on it...I will say the next time I accessed the unit I did get that feeling of being vulnerable and that got me thinking...It is mandatory that every unit purchases and uses the facilities special barrel lock for their unit; so I suggested to him weeks later that it could have been an inside job...he immediately dismissed it and assured me that there is no master key for those locks. Well alrighty then...I unconcerned myself over it! Several months had passed and all was well, not really; the relief manager had always been rather stern and intimidating but she seemed to be directing it at me, I took it lightly and kept cordial just the same although her demeanor toward me started becoming more intense and she stopped being courteous, wouldn't engage in any friendly talk and basically excommunicated me...the regular manager started the same approach!?! I didn't notice the janitor around anymore?! I stop by my unit typically once or twice a month, I don't bring anyone there, I am always quiet and clean and I access my unit with something in mind and then do it and depart...I have a large tub with mail and paperwork, etc. stuffed in it and I needed to go through and find some important papers and documents...this took half a day and I returned the following day to continue, I found all of what I had been looking for but the tub definitely needed more addressing. My unit is on the third floor, the temperature gets stifling hot which makes it difficult to be around or hang out! One day the regular manager zips by my unit while I am there and tells me that I've been hanging out there too long, he returns to my unit with an envelop addressed to me from who he called the manager, it read that I have been spending way to much time there and hanging out!!!
