Getting a storage room was a breeze. Derek the guy who helped me was patient and very informative. There drive up access rates from what I have seen are better than anywhere else and this was why I choose them but it is nice to know that the staff is helpful and pretty quick at getting you set up with a unit. I appreciate that and thank you Derek for helping me and having my dad pay over the phone for me.

Wow. Derek could give a masterclass in managing a storage company (or quite possibly any company), although he’s far too busy for that. This guy has, what seems to be, a constant stream of clients coming through the door, but remains composed, focused, professional yet friendly and unrushed; just taking care of the person in front of him. And let me tell you, I gave him a hard time on the phone, yet he was super nice to me when I got there. This is exactly the kind of guy that deserves to be higher up in a company, but is likely far too valuable right where he is. At the very least Derek deserves major recognition and raise from what I saw… Thanks for the superior service, Derek!

I am moving from the Santa Rosa Avenue US Storage sight, to the Lombardi US Storage. Derek is very nice and the prices are a lot better at the Lombardi sight, than S.R. Ave. Derek is very friendly and accommodating to my storage needs of a drive up unit for a very reasonable price. Thank you Derek!😊👍 I will miss Erin at the S.R. Ave. sight but she is now working for the wine storage side.

I wasn’t able to tap to pay, which is understandable but then I wasn’t able to pay with my husband’s card manually. Your employee did explain why but it was just annoying having to go grab cash. Maybe ask how potential clients are paying before we show up. You know, just to save everyone some time.

Good storage space, but just beware that when you move out, if you're still in the unit after the 5th of the month, they say you owe for the full month. So your deposit will go towards the rest of the month and you probably won't get a deposit back. Took me a few phone calls to find that out (after asking 'where's my deposit?') but that is there policy, so just make sure to have the unit clear by the 5th of the month.

I’ve been using this facility to store my belongings for over a decade. Great security no leaks no rodents super friendly dedicated staff especially Gina.

This place is nice. It's clean, good price. Every roll up door has an alarm trigger on them. So if your code is not entered at the gate and someone breaks into your unit. They get notified.

Customer service is professional N accommodating. Been there since 2017. Tubs Fire😪

Upgrade still have to pay for the deposit have to wait 14 Days to get the other one back

I recommend South Point Storage. The price is very reasonable, security is very good, very clean, no problems with water, rodents or insects. I used their moving truck to move in, a great help. Every time I need storage this is where I rent, it is family owned, the pricing is reasonable, security cameras, alarms on the storage shed doors, security gates.

Biggest self storage I've ever seen, and the only self storage I've over seen that had units on a second floor with a lift.

Surprisingly good prices, friendly and helpful staff, and units that are fully up to date; proper security measures, insulation, plenty of space to drive up (and past other people). Definitely recommend.

The office staff is always courteous and friendly. The cleanest well lighted storage units I have ever rented. Staff are also very helpful and informative.

Very reasonable prices and the site is very clean as well as the storage units themselves.

This is the best storage in all Sonoma county. They are open until 8pm in case you work all day. The staff are very nice. They don't jump the price up after 6 mos. All good!
