Overall xxperieice was positive. Facility is clean and well lit. Only issue I have had is with the frequent price increases. Two price increases within a few months is unaccepible. I was told it would be at least 6-8 months before any increase. This is done at Corporate. The staff at the facility are nice.

Kelly Pati was great, very helpful and she is a hard worker. However some of your corporate terms and fees are outrageous. The rent is constantly fluctuating. The fees recently went up and we were not notified. The rent went up and we were not notified. We would receive tons of statements in the mail and emails. But when our rent recently increased before the new year we were not notified. A new employee started working there and I personally feel he is lazy, and a little shady. We made payment prior to November bringing October rent current. I explained to this employee. I knew I would owe for November's rent but I explained that I would need the lock removed. When I arrived that evening my access was never been updated for me to entrance to the Building, there was not going to be anyone in the office Sunday. I called the call center and the said they could not update my access. So if my unit was available I was never able to get in for those days I was current. Prior to this employee I never received a call from anyone asking if I was making payment. He would call and as if I was making payment, very aggressive with all the statements you send.

The team at US Storage, Middleton, MA were always pleasant, helpful & accommodating when I had questions ir concerns. Living in another country, it was difficult to coordinate move-in & move-out arrangements for my daughter’s belongings with her school schedule, but they were really understanding. I will continue to use them for our storage needs. Thank u to the team.

The facility is really well-maintained. And the employees are great. But I think that doubling the price of your monthly storage is ridiculous. Going from $90 a month to 190 is insanity. I will be selecting a new facility as soon as possible.

I have had a great experience with the staff at the location. My only complaint is that there was no grace period for a missed payment. I thought things were all set and then next thing I find. I have to pay a bunch extra just to get access to my stuff after having paid regularly on another unit for a couple of years.

The staff has been very helpful as well when I needed to change units or add units.
The price increases I feel could be more reasonable but overall I am happy to have found US Storage centers .

- The site manager is fabulous.
- My unit is spacious and solidly built.
- The building and site are clean and well-maintained.
Minor Cons:
- The online payment window is between the 1st and 5th of the month unless enrolled in autopay.
- I’m unable to unlock the bathroom with the app.

I like the facility and the people that work there. The only problem that I have is with the increase by a $50.00 which I think is kind of high. If I
increased my prices with my customers by that kind of margin I'll lose them.

In hospital for a month. Called and wanted to make a payment and by time I got back to work and made money for my bills .us storage wouldn't take it unless I was making the whole payment. Owed 2 payments and wanted to pay one and next couple weeks making other one. The only thing I got was charge upon charge all set will be out as soon as I can. Not good customer service. Never heard of a thing.

Kelly is always helpful with any questions. I have been a customer for a few years now and always a solid place to rent. Clean and competitive prices. I would say maybe there could be a discount or some incentive for repeating customers. I do like the one free month if a year is paid in full however maybe something else as well? Regardless great facility and management at office are always nice and helpful.

Not the most pleasant experience. Very pricey. Fees are excessive, particularly at set up. Being in the middle of now where on the third floor where you can get lost very easily also very annoying. Elevators closest to my unit spot on the third floor not always working and causing further issues. Likely will not use again.

The staff at the front office are always friendly and work quickly and efficiently whenever I go in to make monthly payments in person (our preferred payment method) Experience has been very good overall - we have had no problems. I would like to recommend, however, that the storage spaces put lighting in the actual space so customers can better see their items and it is safer that way

There are a lot of things that you do exceedingly well, beginning with the professionalism and responsiveness of your staff. However, I went to move out and you can no longer lock the doors in an open position. So, each trip in and out requires the reentry of a code. For two hours, you enter and reenter a code. Whatever the issue is, it cannot take precedence over making moving in and out easy. For this reason, I would not recommend your storage facility.

Your facility is very clean and well kept. It is easily accessible and suits all my needs. My reason for giving you a 7 out of 10 is because of the price hike that I just noticed in my bill. My bill went up over $50 with not advanced notice. I will be calling to check on this. Other than this issue I would have given you 10 out of 10. I have recommended you to several people.

Concerned about a 20% rent increase. I was shocked and didn’t anticipate that 4 months into my rental. I guess I should have asked upfront about rent increases when I rented but that seemed like a very steep increase .

We have had a storage locker the at the Middleton location for the past four months. Tammy has been excellent in assisting us with finding the proper locker for storing out equipment. And when we needed to change lockers in the building she was very help in making the change quickly to meet out needs as a customer.

Everything from first meeting with Manager Kelli Patty to lease agreement signing and unit access and initial storage was excellent. Facility is spotless, use of space and directions from Kelli clear and direct and she personally walked me to the unit and provided directions for future access etc.

Ms Romero (I forget her first name at Middleton MA location was awesome ..
However your pricing Is high the add ons was discouraging.
The location is convenient so I went ahead ..due to extra add ons I will not stay more than 3-6 months . I was hoping to stay longer but price is prohibitive .

Property Manager Kelley Patti was very helpful and informed me I could move in early last weekend ahead of my May 1st start date on the agreement. The 8-digit code didn't work so Maria at your Middleton location was very helpful with getting me access to our storage unit. I returned on Sunday and still had issues with the code working but assume that after May 1st it will be resolved. Thanks, Dave

It was a great experience, decent price for a storage unit which I love and the woman who worked the front desk when I got it was extremely helpful. The only reason why I rate it an 8 is because the question was how likely I am to recommend the storage unit but I don't really talk about storage units in my day to day life so not exactly sure when it would come up in conversation tbh.

Would definitely recommend US Storage Centers. The website was user friendly and easy to navigate. The Units are New, the facility is clean and well maintained. Also wanted to say property Manager Kelly has been great from getting us signed up to also assisting with any questions or concerns.

My experience has been great so far. I was eager to get moved and believe I was the first client in. I was ready before the facility was but the staff was very accomodating and helped me get my move in completed on the very first day!
