I highly recommend this storage facility. The property is clean, well maintained, secure, and very easy to access. I especially appreciate the gated entry and the alarms connected to each storage unit, which provide extra peace of mind. Finally have the time to do this. Liz has always treated me with kindness the bathroom was clean every time I got my boat. Few years ago. I have to say it was the first time I ever got my boat out at at night and then the lighting was so great I was able to see everything that needed to be done.

He boasted on how well she kept the place clean. He even told me that he had to have help several times to get through the gate. I highly recommend US Storage facility in Baxter, MN. I recently rented a heated storage space to put my Corvette in for the winter. Gene and Lisa are highly knowledgeable and good people. She made the whole process smooth, answered all my questions clearly, and went out of her way to make sure I had the right unit for my needs. I reserved my unit online, it was very simple and user-friendly. Upon arriving to the location, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were proactive by answering many questions that I didn't even know I had, at the time. I feel very safe and valued renting here. Thank you!

I am really impressed with US Storage Centers in Brainerd, MN. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and very professional! My unit was clean and move-in ready and easy to access! My only suggestion would be to have extra carts available. I recently had to take some boxes out and the cart was being used. Took me a little longer to complete my task, but overall I'm extremely impressed!

The Brainerd US storage Center is the best storage facility in the area! Have been using their facility for over 5 years. It is very clean with great units. They also have climate controlled units which I use. Snow is always removed right away. Gene and Liz are great managers! They are wonderful people and very friendly. Highly recommend!

The Customer service is terrific. As a new customer they went above and beyond to make feel welcome. They completely managed my storage needs and suggested a few tips to make it all go as smoothly as possible I strongly encourage you to go straight to this company for storage needs and planning. Gene and staff have been super helpful, even staying past office hours as I was running late after 3 days on the road moving to the area! Facility is well lit, clean, and the covered aisles make accessing the unit much more comfortable than standard drive up open air facilities. Glad I don't have to worry about getting drenched or slipping on snow and ice in winter!

I found the staff to be very helpful. All the units have been in have been clean and very well maintained also there's a cover over the units where the snow won't get in very convenient also the climate controlled units are very well-maintained and cleaned also. Very nice for the money.

Liz was on top of things. I felt confident that this is the place for me to store my things. She knew her products I am very pleased ☺️

Absolutely incredible. I love Gene. He was so sweet, kind and caring. I was a recently single mama, scared and in a new chapter of my life. But Gene, from step 1 to the very end and closing, radiates kindness. They're so kind and friendly here! Worked with me so many times. Every thing was fast, easy and simple.

Gene and Liz made the entire rental process easy and transparent. It was great to have someone at the office to walk through the lease agreement and answer any questions. The space is clean, secure, and it’s great to have a flexible lease agreement.

I stored my belongings here for a long time and never had any problems, my belongings were always safe and secure. Never had any issues at all over the many years I kept my storage unit here. If I should ever need storage in the Brainerd Lakes area I will definitely come back here. Gene is super helpful and kind, he is friendly and welcoming and he keeps these storage units safe. My husband, Rick, rented a storage unit at US Storage on Hwy 371 in Brainerd, MN today. He felt that he had never been treated better at a self-storage business, and we have rented from several in multiple cities. Gene and Liz from US Storage were very helpful and also very friendly, and walked Rick through every step of the rental process and personally making sure that he gained access through the secure gates and doors. My husband really appreciated the professionalism of Gene and Liz, and gladly recommends this US Storage location for those who need storage space in Brainerd!

Somehow my auto credit card payment didn't go through the initial setup so I'm rating this based on the attempts the company made before taking escalated actions against my late balance. I did receive plenty of emails, but I guess I over looked them for one reason or another, but I got a telephone call from Gene. I was rather on the fence about it, but Gene was very patient and cooperative with me and is one of the best Cu representatives next to the last rep I had upon my intial setup. Thanks again Gene!

I have had an excellent experience with the company. I’ve been renting a unit from them for many years. The Hwy 371 North location.Very secure place. Nice, clean, spacious units.The staff is always friendly, polite, and very helpful. Also have been great about contacting renters about the company change and updating paperwork.

I go to the Brainerd 371 facility. These guys have always been great and helpful but they have especially been helpful in the transition to new owners with all the paperwork, new payment processes etc.
