I had a great experience with Lucy when I showed up, she was very helpful and explained how their storage at that location works also not to forget to mention that the this storage is pretty good on price, I’m dead serious. Also, Lucy took time to show us our storage and is willing to help any way she can to make her tenants happy which I’m proud to say that she does fantastic! Really like us storage those girls are very helpful my grandpa rented a unit and had alot of heavy stuff i got up there late to help him and the office lady Coralee stayed after work and help my grandpa unload all his heavy stuff it's a really good feeling knowing there good people still willing to help because my grandpa would never ask thank you so much US storage for hiring good hearted people and thank you coralee for all your help

This was a very pleasant experience. I like the way the building is set up so that if you drive around the back you are on the second level & don't have to use the elevator.

Neat and clean facility. The Managers are extremely friendly and knowledgeable!

This US Storage location is incredibly clean. Although you do not drive directly up to your storage locker door, this place has a large covered drive-in room to unload your items and their flat carts make it very easy to move your items to your locker. I would highly recommend this place.

Working for a moving company. It can be very hectic. Do to employees here being very helpful and complimentary with bottles of waters for me and my team. They made our job move very smooth and easy.

This is one of the cleanest and easy to get to storage units I’ve ever had. Lucy, the on-site manager goes above and beyond to help you with your move-in.

Clean space & there are carts provided for unloading. Staff is friendly & helped us choose a unit to meet our needs. Very responsive to email or home.

Signing up was perfect. Not a long wait. Was helped great! All questions answered. We were shown our options to choose from. Looking forward to our time here.

Lucy at the front was amazing! Lucy made me feel very comfortable in this maze of storage! lol Soo much spaces and very clean! She showed me how to get to my unit from the back where the movers would enter and the front when I need to stop by.

Thank you very easy to rent. Very nice sorry I didn’t catch the ladies names at the front desk, but they were very helpful. Got me checked in showed me to my rental space access to unload your property and store in your storage. I did mine online and it was very simple to choose the space that you wanted and to pay.

I rented a unit this morning and started moving a few things in. Jen helped me today and earlier this week over the phone. She has been exceptional, as has everyone else at the call center. I had a very minor issue with the lock on one unit and Jen had a new unit assigned in minutes. Jen was very open and transparent about everything. The place is nice and very accommodating.
