I recently had water damage in my unit via a leak in the piping system. My clothes were badly damaged with Mold and mildew. I was informed that after an inspection the hole repaired itself - imagine that- and they found no leak. However there is rust on the pipes, the manager felt some of the wet items, but the hole or whatever is no longer there. Customer service is a thing of the past.

Well first of all when i had very first rented a parking space from the facility, i had confidence within having my auto secured because of the security cameras. Since the pandemic has worsen had created mental depression/illness within a lot of people creating financial stress towards criminal wrong doings. With the security cameras and of placing fake cameras at which very closely looked like real cameras, would very much prevent vandalism and theft to all cars and Bad news. My car had been vandalized several weeks ago causing it to be non drivable. Criminals this present day could care les about the security cameras. They just take their chances because they know that the police is just going to only file a report and thats just that. If higher management authorities in approval of US Storage Centers Raleigh NC take action in agreement of spending money for security gates would very much protect their customers from chances of theft & vandalism. If you loose customers guess what, you also loose money and customers of referrals. Sometime you have to spend money in life to make money. Life is a win or loose chance. We all just have got to pray for a winning in the end.
