I have had many different units at this facility over the past 7 years. The place is ALWAYS CLEAN and the prices are reasonable. The staff though is absolutely EXCEPTIONAL ...!! I recently went on line and reserved a storage unit at Mini Price Storage. The next day Linda called me to confirm my reservation for a 10x20 drive up unit. She was very informative and professional over the phone . I then went in later in the afternoon. When I walked in the office It was very clean and organized. She was helping a gentleman. As soon as she finished with him she said you must be Rick (IMPRESSIVE) She explained everything in detail (Hours of operation what days she is in the office but always available because she is always on property, what the names are of her team members are. So if I had any questions or concerns I knew who to look for. She asked if I would like to see the unit and I must say, The property is very clean and neat. She explained the promotion rates and honored them. I have been in the hospitality business for over 30 years and now own my own business. And without a doubt she is outstanding. Update August 2024: Same deal as before! I've been happy at this storage facility for years. Been renting a storage unit here for a couple years now. No issues whatsoever. My unit has stayed perfectly intact since day one. No vagrants on lot... they conduct routine checks on units. Linda has always went above and beyond to accommodate and I really appreciate her kindness and just in general how she conducts business. She has ALWAYS followed up with me on upcoming potential late payments... and that's something you don't see often. No one goes out of their way like that anymore. A++. I'd recommend this facility before I'd ever recommend any big box names that I've dealt with in the past. Thanks

This is a very well run and organized storage that is run by Linda: the manager. When you think of Mini Price Self storage, efficiency, affordability, great customer service, and a clean/storage, and most importantly safety are the things that comes to mind. Never had any issues of getting in and out of the building with being at a great location on Boulder Highway. I couldn’t recommend it anymore to folks that are new to Las Vegas or that need temporary storage. Hands down the best run over ever felt with in Clark County 🙂

The service here is 💯. I stored all of my sex work tools here and the employees were very understanding and nice about it. I didn't get any weird or rude looks from anyone and that is very much appreciated. Plus, that Jeremy fella is quite a nice, handsome gentleman 😍😍😍 10/10 would recommend 👌👌👌
