We’re also close to Desert Breeze Park and centrally positioned for residents throughout Spring Valley and Summerlin South.

I am moving across town and was only going to get one unit at this location. The staff here is friendly and helpful with renting and helping me to have the stuff I needed. I ended up renting four more units to hold the rest of a friend’s and my household stuff. They actually recognize me when I come in to drop items off and check to see if I need anything, what a nice change. There are clean bathrooms in the lobby when it is open and the climate control makes such a difference. Great place to store stuff. The only bad part is the elevators close too quickly.

I had been renting with extra space storage for just under a year. Every single amenity at this particular location was 100% perfect. The staff was always around and were very courteous and professional , whether it was in person or on the phone. The facility itself was extremely clean and well maintained, both in the common areas and of course in my own unit. I felt extremely secure going there even as late as nine o'clock at night to access my unit without any fear of problems. Chelle the manager and her sidekick assistant always had a smile on their faces. As previously stated before , they were totally professional, courteous and helped me with any questions or issues, which there were none.

I’ve been with them for a year now. They have been great and always communicate well with each tenant. It is one of the best storage facilities I’ve ever seen and my things were very safe. I think Extra Space is better than U-Haul.

Here are my reasons : 1)super convenient location, right off the highway of flamingo 2)good pricing that is competitive and most likely will beat the other competitors 3)easy to use their online system or their app you can download and You can have on your phone. 4)Same day rentals. They put the lock and key in the unit for you and you don’t even have to ever go into the office . You just fill out the info , pay then your good to go . You’ll receive your access code and documents right to your phone or email immediately after you pay. 5) but if you do have to go in and speak with someone or have any questions , the staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, I highly recommend Extra Storage located on Flamingo.

This Public Storage location at Flamingo & 215, has one of the best manager's that I’ve ever had the experience of working with. His name was Jim, and Jim’s customer service skills are outstanding, he is very knowledgeable of his job, he is very helpful, he’ll have you feeling welcomed and relaxed, as if you have been knowing him for years. He took his time made sure that I was getting the best unit at the best price for my needs, he walked me through all this techie stuff on the app, and made sure that l could navigate through all of this technology, they have nowadays, and that was very helpful, (Because I’m one of those seniors who is not very techie). The location is also very clean, when I walked in Jim, was actually mopping the floor himself. I would recommend this Public Storage location to anyone. Rented online and had zero issues getting into the unit even after office hours. Other than walking a mile in the maze that storage places are looking for my unit everything was golden. Super cold ac too. When I had my “climate controlled” storage unit at cubesmart you couldn’t be on the second floor during the summer without sweating before you even made it to your unit door. That was one thing I was worried about happening here, so it was welcome news that it wasn’t going to be an issue. They have big bay doors where you can back into and unload in the ac too. Best renting experience I’ve had in Las Vegas for sure.

Very clean facility. A lot of neat security features as well. All loading and unloading at this location is indoors and that is great when the weather is ugly out. Kayla was awesome helping me move in. I purchased online late the night before and by 10am the next day my storage unit was ready and she had my keys/locks and receipts ready to go. I received a call regarding this issue. The staff has always provided excellent service. I was able to express the inconvenience of the issue. They advised setting an appointment before going to ensure someone is there to assist. Hopefully they can figure out a better system. I called while I was there but the phone just rang in the office which no one was there. The storages are clean and secure. I have come three different times to decrease my storage space. There has not been anyone in the office each time.

There is also a huge loading dock with easy gate access and they are open later than most local facilities until 9pm.
