The lady was extremely rude in her tone and delivery, you could tell she's had a bad experience with tenants because that's how I felt she was treating me even though I was new. The unit I originally requested was for some reason not available so she moved me to a different one which was in the very far back of the building with a gravel road. She didn't inform me of this before taking me to the unit or I would not have otherwise taken that specific one. It's very inconvenient to move a large truckload of property while walking and rolling carts on gravel. I also was not aware that the end units have an opening above the wall which I feel exposes a vulnerability for people to see inside the unit if they got creative. It also allows for bugs and spiders to make lots of webs in that open space so I'm hoping they clear that up often. I wish I had been shown the unit and asked if it was acceptable before assigning it to me. It didn't seem they had many inside spaces available so I didn't bother to ask after she drove me to it. Seemed more of a hassle to have her drive back to the front office, she was already rude and I didn't want to deal with it. Overall not a great experience.

Horrific. Insulting. Inconvenient. Disappointing.
I reserved a unit and paid online. Went in the next morning to show my id and get access code to begin moving in. The gentleman was professional. He told me I needed to bring in a copy of my current renters insurance to receive refund for auto charged renters insurance.
The next day a woman claiming to be manager told me I needed to come back in and resign lease. I explained I was working so she agreed to email it for me to sign same lease again. I am not sure if the digital copy was received. I know I filled it out. Regardless, I went to drop off load and was locked out. After I paid in full and moved belongings in...??!
The next day we had phone conversation, obviously I was upset and confused. She hung up on me. She later sent me text saying she didn't want to renew my rent on the first and told me I would receive full refund. The soonest possible day I could find help or rather someone to witness in case she in anyway prevented me from getting my belongings out, I moved out. She checked unit ok & said to expect refund within few days. That was Oct 24, 2023. Still no refund no explanation. Huh?

Have use this same location for many years even before it became US storage. Very friendly staff. Very helpful I especially appreciate the reminder to pay the bill to avoid the late charge.
I did find it interesting that recently I rented a second unit the same size as when I rented a few months prior and it was less money. Asked if I could have the first unit I rented a few months prior at the same price and unfortunately was told no. Same unit but $40 a month more. Very disappointing I was told I could move my items from the first unit to the second though in order to have the same price which really wouldn’t work because I need two units

Your company representatives are courteous and helpful, and were able to secure for us the kind of storage facilities we needed. However, one of the three storage units we rent has a partially jammed latch, requiring a pair of pliers to release it to pull up (open) the unit's door.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and able to secure for us the type of storage suited to our needs. The only drawback was that we were given a gate code that didn't work the next time we came to the storage center. The staff member gave us a new code which fixed the problem.

Well I paid for a storage online and I actually never even made it down to the storage to sign papers, a few days after I found out I didn't need the space so I called and let them know. I'm not sure I think I still get charged for it and that I don't get a refund since I never even went and got a lock or signed the intake papers (I think that's what they were called) so besides the unit being so expensive I think the employees that work at the facility are super nice. I currently have a 10×20 for $125.00 a month so your units are quite a bit more and me being a single mother I have to watch my budget.

My experience with US Storage Center was great! I was able to place a hold on the unit size I wanted until payday. The staff was so easy to work with. You don't see people going above and beyond to help you out, but my Center did.
I will recommend Family and Friends to use IS Storage Centers in the future.

Managers were very helpful with accommodating the large moving van and providing an emergency extra storage. The facility appeared secure and well maintained. Prior to move in “substitute” manager Brandon welcomed me with details I needed to know as a first time renter.

The lady was very nice who showed me my new unit. I pointed out the ceiling light out in A building above my storage unit and another one flickering. But I was at my unit today and noticed the light still has not been changed. It makes it harder to see inside my unit. So I hope it is changed soon.
