Our storage units are perfect for customers of all needs, regardless of how big or how small of a unit you’re looking for. Our smallest units, which are 25 square feet, are about the size of a small closet and ideal for storing a few small or stackable items. Our largest units are 425 square feet, which means they are big enough to store a fully furnished house of up to five bedrooms. Not only do we offer a lot of different size options, but our storage units are ideal because many of them are climate controlled and dehumidified. We also have a large loading dock to help our renters move their belongings, indoor storage, and pro-grade moving supplies.
Facility Description
Located just off of the Nolensville Pike southeast of Sugar Valley Drive, you’ll find our Nashville US Storage Centers’ facility next to the Quest Stop, and north of Dollar General. The facility is also located close to the nearby Mill Creek Park, which makes it an ideal location for those who want to store any park gear, like rollerblades and bicycles. Our facility serves customers throughout Nashville, specifically those who live in the neighborhoods of Cane Ridge, Autumn Oaks, Sugar Valley, Mill Run, and Stanford Village. As we are less than a 30-minute drive from the University of Tennessee, many our customers are college students. We are also located close to a number of schools, and serve families throughout the area as well.

Made a rental online that was not what I wanted after finding a much cheaper unit from another one of your location the next day before moving into the my paid unit. I was thinking that since I had already paid for a storage unit that I could just have that payment transferred from the other location but only to be told that it can't be done and that I would have to wait 10 days to receive a refund by mail and that I would have to pay again for the storage unit that I wanted. So I just decided to rent from another company.

This was my first experience with a storage facility in about 20 years. Though the cost is definitely more than it was then (showing my age); the climate controlled storage environment is worth it. The facility is very clean and well lit. Even though our unit is inside, on the 3rd floor, it wasn’t difficult to navigate. I feel like not only are my items in storage are secure, but I feel safe going there by myself during the open hours, even in the evening. And, the staff person who helped us was very helpful and friendly.

The center wasn’t open the day my lease began, despite having clearly posted hours. I reserved the space a week before and requested the truck at that time. It took over 2 hours of calling in order to get support and I had to pay a crew for 2 additional hours of time at my hours because of the center wasn’t properly staffed.

I had an unfortunate experience while using this company. The original sign up was easy but when I came to move my items in the unit the gate was broken. I rented a truck, trailer, and hired help to move about 60 boxes into the unit. It was a Sunday morning and the non emergency number was useless. There were no employees that came in until 11am, it was 8am. I was trying to beat the rain and I would have if the gate would’ve opened. Unfortunately after sitting outside for 45 minutes waiting on help the rain began and soaked all of my boxes. No one ever showed up. Even when i returned to the store at 11am to speak with someone the employee there said no one ever came to service the gate. I told the man what was happening and he did not seem to care. He said nothing. So I told him to cancel my service and he did with no hesitation. He didn’t try to keep my business in the least. He never even said sorry for the inconvenience. Now I was stuck with ruined boxes that I had to replace. No where to move my belongings. And I still haven’t received my refund. It was the worst decision I have made in a while the moment I walked in there.

We had a truck full of materials coming to be dropped off in the store supposed to be open till 4 o’clock on Sunday when we arrived at 2 o’clock the store was closed So we had to return all of our stuff to where we bought it from and unload it and then come back another day to reload it very inconvenient when the hours were supposed to be open when they weren’t

I completed my contract online as a cross state move and it was so smooth and easy. Checked in when I arrived and found my storage unit with ease. The guy at the front desk was knowledgeable and friendly. The unloading dock, elevators and facilities, as a whole, are clean and I love that my unit is temperature regulated. I feel like my belongings are safe and I don't have to worry about them at all while I plan the next steps in my life.

Very good. However, once I was inside the gate before closing, I was very surprised to discover that the elevator usage was locked off.
That should be posted also. I had arrived with a vehicle to unload & was unable to access the elevator for my 2nd floor unit.
Other than that, I’ve been very satisfied—especially with Brett’s assistance with getting my unit rented.

Hit or miss depending on who is behind the desk. First time I went in the guy was with another customer and never acknowledged me, said hello or said "I'll be with you in a minute". Seemed to be a lot of “add-on” fees after I committed to renting space, including the mandatory monthly insurance fee, as well as the “don’t worry if you didn’t bring your own lock, you can buy one from us” additional cost. It’ll be more expensive than you think, but it’s a clean space with easy access and reasonably secure.

I love working with the staff at US Storage. The Manager is amazing and is always ready to help! The property is spotless and the pricing is very competitive. I would highly recommend US Storage Centers if you need a place to store your valuables!

I did have great experience using US Storage Centers on Nolensville Pike in Nashville TN.
The staff is very kind, polite and professional, helping customers as much as possible and answering all questions.. They even allowing to keep loaded moving truck for free in there’s secured parking lot if you have to wait next day for closing on your property..I’m recommending this place and services to every one I know..Thanks and Blessings Eva

I love US Storage. They are conveniently located from my home and a perfect solution for storing all the things that just don’t fit in my little condo. The personal always has a great solution on answering any thing I might need! Great to work with!

The staff helped me with a lock problem. I later realized I caused that problem. However, the staff let me walk away with some dignity, not pointing the obvious out.

I had a great experience. Everyone very accommodating. Being brand new y’all had some glitches but the young lady and Wyatt accommodated with everything that I needed sold me boxes paper got me in to where I needed to be in the correct size facility I would highly recommend your facility to anyone with the employees that you have thank you
