Our storage units are designed to serve a variety of personal storage needs – whether you need to move your entire home or simply store your mountain bike and a couple boxes of gear, we can help. Our largest storage facility is 10’x30’, and our smallest is 5’x5’. We offer a number of sizes in between, too. You can also opt-in for our climate-controlled units decide on a unit with drive-up access, making storage convenient and easy. The facility has an electronic access door that can only be accessed by current storage tenants during access hours.

Our Harker Heights storage facility will not fail to impress you. We offer many amenities that are not offered at other storage companies and our unique grounds are cleanly kept. We are located close to E Central Texas Expressway. The surrounding area includes other businesses such as the Smoothie King, Shell gas station, Painting with a Twist, and Pfeifer’s German Bakery. We are also near a large shopping center that includes a Cinemark movie theater, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Razzoo’s, and Navy Federal Credit Union.
Most of our customers live in Harker Heights, although we serve customers in nearby areas, including Killeen and Fort Hood as well. However, anyone is welcome to store their possessions with us and our services are extended for all those who are in need of storage solutions.

If you’ve used other personal storage facilities in the past, you probably know that access hours are often inconvenient. At US Storage Centers’ Harker Heights facility, we eliminate this frustration to make sure that you can access your personal items at a time that are convenient for you, which is why access is granted seven days a week, all days of the year, from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.
In addition to great access times, we also have convenient office hours so that we can assist you if you have questions or concerns. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Sunday from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

I went in an paid for a unit for furniture I was trying to sell, as soon as I left US Storage I received a call from someone wanting to buy my dinning room set. I sold it right away and they picked it up....about 2 hrs later I return to US Storage to cancel the unit I rented and requested a refund. This was all done on the same day of November 17th, 2022. As of today 12/8/22 I have not received my refund. Please advise on when I will get my refund?

The staffs (Toi and Kendle) couldn’t have been nicer and more professional. The helped us decide how much space we needed and gave us some good discounts to suit our budget. In spite of the cold weather Toi and Kendle worked with us in offloading and loading our household goods into our storage unit. Such level of service and sacrifice is uncommon in the business world today. Their storage units are in pristine condition and easily accessible. Pricing is reasonable and staffs are just amazing. The facility was close to my home and very clean. The staff was very helpful when needing information. The late charges are very steep of $30.00, but we have to pay on time. They were very helpful when you are not late often and waive the late charge. The only problem I had was with the storage rooms insulation falling off the ceiling. Made a huge mess with what we had stored. Also if you get out early from your storage, there is not a prorated refund with the days you have left if you are not using it. Overall I would recommend this facility for storage use.

The young lady that helped me went over and beyond. I walked in maybe 5 minutes to closing. I told her I would come back the next day, so I wouldn't hold her past closing time. She told me it was fine she wanted to help me out. She offered to show me the different size units she had available and was not rushing me off like most people would do if it was past closing time! I really appreciate her patience and would recommend this storage to family and friends!

The lady checking me in was very thorough and professional, it is the unit I do not like. It has foam insulation hanging off the ceilings and falling on my furniture. If it wasn't for the fact that it was raining cats & dogs from the hurricane and I was moving from city to city, I would not have leased the unit.

I can't say enough about Sandy! She has made our experience with U.S Storage so easy and pleasant. Sandy is so accommodating and knowledgeable! I stopped her on her way out one evening to ask a quick question and she went out of her way to help me. My husband is military and we haven't been in Killeen/Harker Heights for long but her customer service is hands down the best we've received in the area yet. I've said a lot about her but I can't forget the units too! They are clean and more than affordable, office and facility hours are great as well! Thank you Sandy, you're awesome!!

I have stored my things there for years......my only complaint is that the price per month seems to go up every year. I would like to think we would be "grandfathered".
