I didn't like the process. You advertise a price but then charge more with the admin fees and the insurance charge. The girl signed me up. Took my money then after she told me the location wasn't available for 3 days.

My experience with the Hinman location was great. Upon calling customer service to inquire about availability, it was easy to setup everything fast over the phone. After my setup over the phone, I received an email with all information and Jared the site manager called to confirm everything.
Jared was extremely helpful. Once I arrived to the site, Jared explained the contract, entry and exiting, provided hours of operation, etc. He even came back to assist me when I couldn’t figure out how to close the door on the unit. He provided great customer service and was very professional.

From The first phone call inquiry, to setting up a time to come by the storage was all a seamless process. The girl on the phone was very detailed and explaining the admin fee, the lock fee as well as the special they had going on. About 10 minutes after I hung up with her the on-site person contact me to verify he would be there when I came which I really like. Because most people know storage facilities are notorious for having the be back later sign put up.

Inspite of all the chaos going on with this Corona virus, the young man who assisted me with my 2 outside 10x20 units, was very professional. I’d gone to several storage facilities and these units, surprisingly, were very clean! There was no mold or mildew. The ceiling wasn’t falling down. There was no signs of rodents or feces from them. No ants, roaches or spiders either. The units have easy access and plenty of space to move around in. The in and out access is also later than most, which is awesome since some of us, who are considered “essentials” (Surgical Trauma Nurse), get out of work later than most. I must honestly say, I am quite pleased with the service and rentals of my units. Thank you!

Derek and Michelle both were simply amazing. They dealt with the aftermath of the hurricane and damaged units and incredible rising demand and failing internet you name it- all gracefully and kind and efficient. I went to at least 4 other storage places nearby already, and it was night and day. No one else seemed to care or have their head above water. Many were rude and entitled due to the scarcity and damage. Thanks guys!!!

When I arrived the attendant had her challenges. The power had gone off and so the gate wouldn't open etc. more importantly the computer would not boot and she could not check me in. I was tired and having difficulty with patience but the attendant remained composed and did a great job calming me down and in the end all went well.
