I am very disappointed. Storage units keep getting broken into and management is not doing anything about.
Just yesterday after meeting with Manager about one of my storage units being broken into, I noticed that there where two more units that were broken into on top of the others that were discovered that morning.
I called district Manager today but still haven’t received any call back.
Their lack of concern for the break ins is alarming.
Debating on moving storage units.

Today, I enjoyed a great example of excellent customer service. Needing a self-storage unit at the TX IH-10W location near Fair Oaks, I visited USstorage’s office for that site. With property manager Patrick Tierney’s help in choosing a size and location, we settled the account and then Patrick offered to accompany me there for an inside look, an exchange of locks, and a handshake of approval. He followed that with an offer to help with move-in! Impressive indeed. I’ll recommend USstorage, and Patrick, to anyone in need of storage space in my area.

This is the worst customer service from a large company that I have ever experienced! When a hole in one end of my unit floor is not fixed for 8-12 months and after calling and emailing at least a dozen times combined the issue is still not resolved. I finally did speak with the regional manager last week so we’ll see what ends up happening but I have serious doubts anything will get done once again!

I made arrangements with the previous site manager, and he left to another location, so I worked with the Mariana Guzman who was able to find my information and place my Travel Trailer in the same area. I was in and out of the office and ready to bring my Travel Trailer the next day from out of town. This was important to me because I had not spoken to the previous manager since last June, but all information was registered, and final booking was a snap. I will be back every year.

I was very happy with this entire transaction. Specifically the gentleman named Erin I dealt with made the experience quick and painless. He took the time to show me some units so I could get a feel for the sizes available, and was very friendly and personable.
The only issue I had was I was unable to get into the gate later that evening. My code did not work. I assume the system takes some time to update possibly, but with a truck full of stuff it was pretty annoying.

US Storage was recommended to me by someone who has a unit there. The process of finding a unit and reserving it online was easy. The personnel at the site were very friendly and answered my questions. The person walked me to the unit and showed me how to use the entry code. Yes, he personally showed me how to do it as he could see I was somewhat unsure.
The unit was clean and I like the climate control feature.

My experience working with you all is great. My only wish is that it would be nice if my storage was 24 hour access instead of 6 am to 10 pm. I like to fish and I’m storing a boat. I sometimes leave at 4:30 or 5:00 am. This means I will have to pull my boat out the day before and park in front of my house which means the security I like of a storage place is not really getting fully used.
Other than that the professionalism of the staff and conscience of different payment methods is fantastic.

I had a wonderful experience amongst a tragedy. The team was having a meeting and training and they paused pulled me back and aided me in getting a unit. It was an emergent need that they aided to with compassion. True empathy for my situation was exercised and it was a great experience. The unit is climate controlled and very clean. I needed a storage unit to get some things together as I am moving out of the area. Everything was explained to me. My unit is on Ralph Fair Road next to the Valero and it was so convenient, The process took only a few minutes. They were very friendly and I got my first month free and half-off the second month. It was very inexpensive. I love the gate and the code to go in and out. Everything is really clean and well lit. If anyone is looking to get a storage unit, I highly recommend US Storage Centers. I want to say that the people I dealt with are extremely helpful. They found a unit close to the one I was already in because I no longer needed the larger unit but wanted a smaller unit. They were considerate in allowing me time to transfer my holdings to the new unit and very concerned that I had everything I needed to make the transfer successfully. Great staff, great company!

Everyone was friendly and welcoming...not to mention the discount on my first two months rent! Oh and a great location as well!
New pavement throughout, and lighted security to boot. The only thing that was not done that I was told they would do before moving my stuff in, is that they would sweep the dirt and cobwebs out prior to me moving in.
Other than that, its a great deal, and wonderful location for Leon Springers and Fair Oaks folk.

Clean and secure. Tried autopay and after a few months of paying our bill this way we were notified that we were late on a payment because we had been dropped from autopay without notice. Our units were padlocked and we had to pay a late fee. We took care of the matter immediately. Your notification system and your online bill paying system need work.
