In the business field, you often critique one’s professionalism; however, this was by far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The professionalism was top tier. One of the crew members, Krystal was so welcoming and amazing! I went by to clear out some things and she was stopped by my unit, asked if I needed any assistance, or had any questions regarding my rental. Of course, since I am new to the area, I had many. Both about Waco and the storage unit and she amazingly helped with both! The rental process was fast and easy, the units look newly modified. Therefore, I highly recommend this place and ask for Krystal for the best assistance and support! - especially for questions. I promise, she was very knowledgeable!

I thought this place was unique due to how the entrance is gated with a keypad code to get in. The office is an old house and the man working inside is very nice & kind. Was eager to help out with something, and because of that I give 5 stars!

Reached out at closing, needing a storage unit that evening. Mark was SO nice!!! Helped get everything done by phone & stayed open an extra 20 min to get us our unit that day. Also, unit was clean, easy to find and very secure. Highly recommend!!!

I got me a storage unit here no depo required. Just a valid ID and first months rent. Update: 1/6/2020 This place is just so wonderful. I had accidentally left my storage unlocked because I didnt slide the latch far enough. I thought it was locked but the fact was it was unlocked. Management went ahead and called me to let me know because they make their rounds making sure that everyone's belongings are safe and no suspicious activities going on. Thanks y'all so much for caring. Very nice people. I highly recommended this place. The best part, you can drive right up to your unit because all units are on the ground. Update: 1/7/2021 I needed more storage space and was able to get a 2nd 10' x 10' for 50 bucks more a month, no deposit. So now I have 2 storage units 10' x 10' for $100.00 a month. I love how I can pull right up to the garage door. Great people, very clean.
