Great service. I was a little shocked at the rental prices, but quickly realized the amount of security is amazing, especially for the valuables I was storing here. Cube storage is hands down the best storage facility. Their units are clean and kept. Their customer service is top notch with friendly staff ready to help facilitate your storage and moving needs. They may be slightly more expensive than your standard outdoor only units but you definitely get every bit of what you pay for with the variety of sizes and types of units, unit availability, promotions, on hand moving truck, CLEANLINESS, and the office portion is a perk most units don’t have.

I recently moved to Cottonwood Heights, UT. I needed a storage unit to accommodate my “stuff”. Chris Curtis at Cubes was more than helpful. He did everything he could to help me stay within a manageable budget. He was understanding of my needs, friendly, courteous and very personable. After the movers delivered everything, they found I didn’t have a big enough unit. I had to rent another unit, again Chris came to the rescue. He got me a smaller unit to fit the rest of my things. Again, he helped me with my budget woes. Clean unit. Temperature controlled. I recommend this location and Chris if or when you need storage.

Cubes is a great facility for storage. I always feel like my stored belongings are safe. Facility is clean, convenient and safe neighborhood location and office staff are knowledgeable, understanding and flexible to work with. Storage facility has carts convenient to indoor entrances/elevator for customers to utilize to move belongings and everything is secured by passcode. Manager/staff always available, and they give timely responses. Cubes has been great. We have had three units with them and the set up, maintenance, and clean out of each one has been flawless. I don't know how Cubes does it, but they actually make a storage facility a pleasant place to be :-) I would highly recommend their facilities to anyone looking to store and access their belongings or inventory in a safe and clean environment. Update: We had our items stored at the Cubes Cottonwood Heights facility for 7 years and they were in perfect condition when we cleared them out. Everything looked exactly the way it had when we packed it- no wear and tear from temperature, dust, or bugs/vermin. We are so glad we chose Cubes for our storage needs! Its also worth mentioning that the front office staff were always helpful, quick, and professional during our time storing at this facility. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

10'x10' ($169+fees) Great place to store everything and most anything. Super clean. Secured with cameras, gates, special door locks, your own access code, etc. Easy in and out access. Elevators and carts to help with lifting and hauling. About a 15' truck to help you back and forth on request and included with your stay. Temperature controlled, indoor spaces. Staff is helpful, friendly, and great to interact with. This was definitely worth it!

These guys are the best! I have used lots of storage units in my days across a few states and Cubes Self Storage in Cottonwood Heights is by far my favorite I've ever used. No bugs, super clean, always is either heated or cooled depending on the season and always feels good to walk into. They are also super helpful in the front office when you have any questions. Now that I've moved into a bigger spot and can move everything in my storage unit into my new house, I've noticed it's almost hard and sad to leave. Thanks again for everything you guys have done for me while I've been there.

We stored our items with Cubes Self Storage for a year and it was a great experience. Anytime we needed to speak with staff, Chris was extremely friendly and helpful. The unit itself was priced great for the size and the facility was very clean. As a woman, I felt safe when I had to go alone as the area is very secure and there are many moments where you need to put in your code to enter. We also were able to use their box truck for free when we first moved our items into the unit which was such a wonderful help. Thanks Chris! When we need storage again in the future, we'll be coming back to y'all!

This is without a doubt the BEST way to set up storage! Not only is the entire facility sparkling clean and the customer service and amenities highly professional, but they even offer a free 4-hour rental of a spacious moving truck! This place is great!!! I have stored with this location multiple times over the years and will keep coming back. The facility is clean and secure. I have always taken advantage of their free moving truck, and love that they give you a price lock guarantee. I have dealt with Ashley since we first started renting back in 2014. She is great at customer service and one of the reasons we have kept coming back when we need storage! Would 10/10 recommend over any other storage facility!

I had just an amazingly good experience with this facility and its staff during an incredibly stressful move.I had just sold my house and all my worldly possessions were in a 40' container, to be off-loaded that morning into a storage locker in Cubes, Cottonwood Heights. I had made arrangements with Cubes beforehand, with Chris who understood what I needed and put it all together for me. Easy peasy!! However, I was on crutches on the day of the move-in, and it was with some trepidation that I arrived at the facility that morning, to find the truck with container already waiting there. Michelle arrived to open the Cubes office -- it turns out that Chris is out that day and she's actually the Business Manager; she knows nothing of the arrangements. And she then discovered that the Cubes computer system is out. Completely nonplussed by the situation, Michelle made it all happen -- figured out the units and whatever else, called another Cubes for computer system access, and then she went out to deal with my driver and my movers, getting them all set up while I sat inside, keeping my busted knee elevated. Impressive!! I've been a client of this Cubes facility for going on 10 years now (I had a smaller unit before my house sale), and I have always found them easy to reach and a pleasure to deal with. The facility is scrupulously clean, halls are wide and easy to maneuver, and it is climate controlled/temperature regulated. Chris is knowledgeable and very responsive. Michelle is impressive with her can-do attitude and unruffled good cheer. I highly recommend!!!

Very friendly staff. They helped make our move easier by offering a moving truck free of charge.

I went here while I was helping my sister move. It's nice. Air conditioned and they provide you with dollies to help you move your stuff. Also there's a large elevator for those who's storage units are on the upper levels. It's also very secure. A code is required each time you use the elevator.

Jay was really cooperative as I struggled with some time-sensitive logistical challenges. My stuff feels secure and in a good environment.

Nice facility, secure and air conditioned. Access is from 6pm to 1pm and they give you 1 free truck rental.

Only stored with them for three months, but they did everything I expected. Clean, convenient, competent staff, use of the truck, and a pro-rate on the last months rent with enough notice. Five stars. Bonus points for being close to the highway and Home Depot, both useful when moving.

I would recommend Cubes. They have been awesome. I love the fact it's inside storage is climate controlled.

Worked great for my needs!

Just moved out, but have to say they were great. Super friendly and easy to use. We ended up upgrading to a larger unit and that was no hassle at all. Parking gets a little tight around college move in and move out, but we always found a spot. The truck loan was also fast and easy to arrange for move in. If we ever have to store anything again we're absolutely coming back to Cubes.

I have been so happy to work with Rick, Mike, and Ashley over the last 3+ years. The Cubes team has been there every time I look for a clean, climate controlled, affordable unit for business or personal purpose. Currently I have 3 units and as always I feel totally safe in this facility even when I work on my stuff until late at night. Very convenience schedule (open weekends). My experience at Cubes cannot be better! They know very well their business, it’s easy for them to recognize your needs and are very prompt to assist you with the right unit size in order to cut out unnecessary space/ money. Even I have contacted them last minute for help like last Saturday and thankfully there was Mike to the rescue, showing really care for his tenants necessities. I really appreciate all the efforts The Cubes Team makes in order to make things happen. With their vast experience you know that you are in great hands and your important belongings too!

This is the best storage facility I have ever used! We moved here from Chicago, with the stress of already moving our entire house across country I was relieved when Mike made keeping my stuff safe while we were finding somewhere to live so easy! The facility is clean and Mike was very quick and make me feel at ease. I just moved out of Cubes but would use them again without hesitation!

This place is a bit pricey, but like they say "You get what you pay for." The security gives you a peace of mind. The place is always clean. There are handy carts for moving things in and out. We had a climate controlled unit and never had to worry about our belonging. And lastly, it is great that they have a moving truck to use for free when moving things into storage.

This is the second time I have used Cubes Self Storage Cottonwood Heights. The initial process to obtain a storage unit is simple and fast. The facility and grounds are well maintained. The units are clean and well lite. The office provides a wide variety of moving/storage supplies which are competitively priced. Rick and Ashley are informative, professional and friendly. I feel like they know their clients and keep a watch at the daily activity at the storage facility. I feel a sense of security and safety. The price I pay for the storage meets with the facility and benefits I receive from Rick and Ashley.

I have used Cubes for quite some time now. There facility is always well maintained and secure. I especially am grateful for the environmental controls they have in keeping the building cool in the summer and warm in the winter. On top of all of this they have camera surveillance throughout. If all you are looking for is the cheapest place in town, then there are plenty of other alternatives. However, if you are looking for a premium storage space at an affordable price then Cubes is the place for you.

I will be honest, I was a little nervous about storing my things in a unit (Wedding dress, pictures, snowboards etc). When I walked into Cubes and toured the facility with Rick, all of those fears went away. I love so many things about this place. They have top notch service and security. Plus who could complain about a free moving truck? About that moving truck... Let's just say I can't judge height very well and had a little accident.. Rick was great about assessing the damage. I paid for the damage I caused but definitely felt like I received the best end of the deal. These guys are spectacular and I would recommend them to anyone!

I wanted to keep my belongings better protected so I went to a few different storage facilities. I went to some where the people had no idea what size unit I would need or were just not easy to talk to. I had a lot of questions and Rick was very patient and understanding in answering them. Every time I go in or call the office, Rick or Ashley are always very polite and upbeat, they remember things about me and ask me questions, for example "How are the kids doing?". It means a lot that they take the time to know me and not treat me like just another storage number. This company offers a lot of services to help you move your stuff into the unit, and state-of-the-art security features. Wonderful company!!!
