Been here years and never had any issues. They have cameras with of site after hours surveillance and security gates with pin access. Friendly staff especially trent. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for secure storage.

I rented a unit from this location just weeks ago specifically because of the great reviews, even though there are several closer to my home. Believe what you read. It was a five star experience! It took about five minutes if that, Trent was professional and courteous, the unit clean and secure, and I left happy with peace of mind. Very easy to get in and out. all my items were safe and well maintained throughout the cold and hot extreme temp's. In a nice clean welcoming facility. They have rollers carts to help you. Plus many other services I didn't need. My only sadness was that I didn't understand their move out policy and paid for a full month I didn't use at the end.

Best storage facility in Utah. Customer service is more than helpful in getting set up and the units are clean and secure. Next time I need to store something I will definitely be coming back here. I want to give a thumbs up to the Cubes Storage folks on 3300 S in Millcreek. I have rented a storage unit there for the last 2 1/2 years. It is very clean and secure. Its a 4 story facility with most of the units indoors with the benefit of a much more controlled climate environment. It takes your unique access code to get in, to use the elevator, and to exit the facility. State of the art locks for the storage units too. I much appreciated that you can drive right in to a totally covered area so out of the elements, with carts waiting for you to use to take your "stuff" to or from you unit. The units are well lit with lots of sizes to choose from. They also have a truck you can rent for a low hourly fee as well to help you with your bigger moves to/from storage. The staff has always been helpful and easy with which to work. If I need to rent a storage unit again in the area, I will go straight back to them. High marks in my book.

BEST STORAGE UNIT IN THE VALLEY! Not only is it very clean, and your possessions are safe, there are no spiders, rats, mold, or other thing to plague your things. I love the small details this place has to make their customers feel safe, and dare I say comfortable. The manager Trent is SOOOO HELPFUL and easy to work with, and so is Ben!!! I love how they are willing to help find the perfect unit for their customers! I’ve been here since October 2019 and I must say, I picked the BEST storage unit!

I've been renting at this location for about 7 years for my work. It's a great facility-- always clean and always secure. The breezeway, in particular, is a great feature and sets this facility apart from other places in town--- no loading and unloading in the snow in winter or in the blazing hot sun during summer! I had a storage unit here at the Millcreek place for about a year! Great customer service! Very knowledgeable and helpful with assistance with move in, stay and move out. I would highly recommend if you want a storage unit with great security for that peace of mind.

This was my first time using a storage unit during a move and it was a positive experience. It was nice to know our things were safe and secure. Trent helped us pick a unit and happened to be the attendant every time we were there. He was friendly and professional and helpful. The contract is pretty reasonable, especially considering it’s month-to-month and you have the opportunity to pro-rate when moving out. My advice: If you want to prorate when you move out, be on the safe side and tell them 4+ days before your billing cycle that you want to prorate because they need to know at least 3 days before your billing date.

Good space, tricky accounting; Watch out for all hidden and not so hidden extra fees, and read the small print on your contract CAREFULLY. Between the non-refundable lock fee, the extra rent I paid because I foolishly paid a month in advance the month i moved out (again: read the fine print, which you'll casually sign on move-in day because you don't think ahead). Security is so-so: I never saw anyone sketchy lurking about, but I did see the place wide open for a week or two because someone knocked down the exit gate. No place is perfect for storage, but caveat emptor!

Thank you for your feedback on Cubes. We are always trying to improve our customer’s experience, so it helps to know that you believe our accounting is "tricky." We do put all of our terms in our lease agreement and it does state that we can only prorate forward, but not backward. Also, a tenant did hit our security gate, but it was repaired immediately. It took the manufacturer a few days, but during that time we had someone patrolling the facility regularly. Could you please give us a call at 801-733-5100? We would like to understand which fee you believe was hidden because we try to be as transparent as possible.

Cubes is the best! I have had two separate units here for 3 years and they have always been, spotless clean, temperature controlled, easy to access, 100% secure. The management and service is wonderful and they have a moving truck you can rent onsite. I LOVE being able to use the moving cart provided and access my units anytime. I have recommended to all my family and friends, this is the BEST storage choice in Utah.

When I first moved to Utah from Los Angeles, Cubes Self Storage was recommended to me by an acquaintance. Had a fantastic experience the first time, did not hesitate to use Cubes again! I knew the facility is secure and temperature controlled. I appreciated the covered loading/unloading area. No matter what the weather, I can easily move things in and out of the facility. Not to mention I feel safe alone in the late evenings as to enter the facility you must punch in a code at the gate. Once in the facility to gain access to any level in the elevator you must again punch in a code to your gain access to your unit and it will only transport you to your unit's floor. Huge piece of mind. In addition, if you are looking to downsize your unit to something smaller they make it easy and seamless. Overall great service and awesome facility!

I recently found out I am moving. And because it was the nearest to my home I started here. The gentleman that helped me was so kind and gracious spent over a half an hour with me, showing several units and different prices and even let me know that they had other units available at their sister location. Explained in detail how it worked. Amazing customer service to a potential customer. What I loved is everything is indoors so you're not trying to fight with the elements and your things will be safe. No spiders, no rats, pristine units/building, and state of the art security. Kind staff, and you can reserve their van! What more could someone want? As soon as I figure out the size I need I will be moving my things here.

I first had decided to go with another storage unit solely based on price, but after meeting the staff (who happened to be the owner), his straight forwardness about why their facility was the cleanest, most secure, and most convenient made it an easy decision. The hours are great, the facility is always tidy, and they're always playing a nice soundtrack over the PA system to keep me grooving during the late hours I've been at the unit.

The facilities are clean, well maintained and I always feel very secure that my stuff is safe. Also, the price is reasonable for what I'm looking for. Make sure to ask for Rick when you go in! Rick and his team have been great from day one. The hours are great and the building is very secure. The climate controlled storage is great. I was worried at first when we found our unit to be located on the top floor but that was never an issue. We moved units as we cleared out and only needed a smaller unit going forward. The switch was a breeze and took no time. Would definitely recommend to anyone. 10/10.

Cubes Self Storage absolutely exceeded my expectations. I am in the middle of a multi-transitional move, having sold one house and waiting for another to sell before we can buy our new home. I have moved twice in the past six months (so far). Rick Beal was extremely helpful, making this most recent step in a a long, drawn out process the most pleasant by far. Highly recommend!

This is the nicest storage facility I've ever seen! Reasonably clean, nice staff, and they have every size you would ever need. The fact that a majority of the units are indoors and still easily accessible is impressive. If you are unsure, check the place out for yourself, it's nice!

Cube storage is the cleanest most secure storage facility we have ever used. Their staff is friendly, helpful and generous. Their is no other company that can compare to their quality.

I needed a storage unit that would protect my valuables from the elements. I didn't want to go to one of those outside, shady, chain link fence types of storage places where you know the owner was going to screw you over in some way or another. Cubes self Storage- Brickyard was absolutely perfect. When you walk into the front lobby you feel as if you have entered the wrong building. You think to yourself "surely this is not a storage rental place." I was then greeted by a kind, personable gentleman, named Rick. Rick was quite knowledgeable and put every concern I had to rest. Which is a pretty big deal because I had some pretty tough questions for the man, and I actually was not intending to decide on a storage unit facility that day, but Rick was so kind and helpful and the units were amazing. He didn't try to up-sale me to get a bigger unit, he took the time to make sure I was getting the exact size unit needed. The staff there really cares about their customers, the security is phenomenal, and Cubes Self Storage really does seem like a solid good company. I would even recommend them to the type of friends you see in the grocery store, where you see them and quickly decide that you need to go down the preparationH isle, as not to be seen by them. ;) But in all seriousness, stop searching through all the other self storage places on google, and just pick Cubes! You will not regret it for a moment! Ask for Rick, too!!

This is the best personal storage location I have ever used. The facilities are clean and secure, offer convenient hours, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rest rooms are kept very clean. The heated and cooled storage units keep your stuff clean and undamaged. There is covered parking to allow you to load and unload even during inclement weather. I highly recommend this business location for your storage needs.

We did considerable internet searching for something near our son. Cubes was just right. We called just before the office was to close, and the staff re-booted the computer and got us all set up. When we arrived at the facility a few days later, staff was excellent; showed us 2 different units (could have seen more) and we picked on, filled out all the forms and were good to go. Great experience.

I needed a place last minute and Rob was awesome. He helped me out and explained how it all worked very smoothly. This place is awesome and for the money you get what you pay for. It costs more but it's ultra secure and I feel comfortable with my items there knowing it's unlikely they will get stolen. Rob helped me find a smaller unit quickly so I wouldn't waste my money too! Great facility and location, awesome staff. I recommend it!

If you ever need to store anything, store it here. The staff is so helpful and on top of things. Before my move in day they contacted me twice to make sure I had all the information I needed and answered any questions I had very quickly. Paying online was always super easy and the area is so secure that I never worried about my stored items. When it came time for me to move out they worked with me on a prorated rate for the few extra days I needed and were super accommodating when it came time to return my keys. They were absolutely wonderful to work with and if I ever need to store things in the future I will do it here.

Love this place! It is convenient, clean, safe, with friendly, helpful staff and also friendly and helpful cube neighbors! I will be keeping my cube.

Cubes offers a very clean facility. The staff was very helpful. A lot of storage units have rodent problems, not cubes. These units are very well built, clean and spacious. I would highly recommend them.

We had a unit there for over 3 years. The entire staff is very helpful. We recently moved out and were unable to be there. They supervised the move and were more than accommodating. I would defiantly use Cubes Self Storage at Brickyard again.

I went in today to tour the facility and ended up renting a unit! Mike was super helpful. He walked me through the place. It was clean, climate controled, and close to my house. A perfect match! No wierd spiders or critters are going to get into my stuff in this location. Fabulous!

Cubes has been just what we needed - an immediate and convenient storage facility for a condominium we had to empty fast once it was sold, and a second facility that we needed, again immediately, to move furniture from an assisted living facilty. The staff (Mike and Rick) were courteous, great at introducing us to the facility, and have answered any questions right away. Just an overall good experience, and I would definitely recommend them. We live across the country so Cubes provides a home-away-from-home for elderly relatives' furniture as they progress from condominium to assisted living to hospice. The price seemed about in the middle, and the temperature control and security and cleanliness are at a high standard. I'd never used a storage facility before, but this seems to be on the higher end in terms of quality.

Cubes Self Storage is so convenient. Mike has been so helpful and friendly. He has helped me get additional units and has excellent customer service skills! It is a pleasure coming to cubes and being greeted with pleasant people like Mike and doing business with such customer-service oriented staff. The storage units, elevators and hallways are always clean, and the climate controlled environment is awesome. The use of the truck and all the carts to move things in and the security make cubes the best choice for storage! I have been pleased and very satisfied with the facility and the service I have received from the staff at cubes.

Super clean, smart design, great access and pleasant experience all around. I shopped around the area (South Salt Lake) for a storage unit and Cube Self Storage was the obvious choice in comparison to every other facility. The staff (Mike) was very professional and kind, he made sure that I had no questions and helped me find the best unit for my needs. The access to the truck is so nice, it is super clean and has plenty of space, it helps me a lot and saves me money. I would recommend Cube to my network, it really is better than everything else I have seen.

This is my second storage experience, and it far outshines the first. The units are clean and temperature regulated, and the security is top notch. I thought I would only need the unit for a month, and ended up being there for several. I was never disappointed with the quality and friendliness of the Cubes staff. Mike, in particular, was a joy to work with and did everything in his power to make my stay a positive one. I was referred to Cubes by a friend, and will recommend it to everyone I know. Excellent units, excellent service. Definitely a fair price for the quality.

I have been so happy at cubes. I have always had a house and last year I ended up in a position where I was without my home and had to make a quick segue into a storage. I was so frustrated and tired. I have been so appreciative of how Mike has made me feel so comfortable as I have had to move around the storage units for different sizes of units and never complained for some of the times I brought my own frustrations, and yet Mike was always smiling and very helpful....making me feel like I still had a home...because of how I felt.
