Our Tempe storage facility is located at 7310 South Priest Drive, and offers the best storage solution in the area. No longer do you have to worry about where you will park your car (because your garage is too jam-packed with odds and ends) or where you will keep your boat or ATVs. A quick visit to our facility is all it takes to convince you that self storage is the answer.
Our Tempe storage units are conveniently located and easy to find. We are located at the corner of S. Priest Drive and W. Todd Road next to Fuddruckers restaurant. We are also close to the Walmart on Elliot. But more than its great location, our storage center is also considered by our customers to be one of the cleanest, best secured and nicest storage centers in the area. When you come by for a tour, our service professionals will guide you through each of our storage unit options to help you find the perfect one for your needs. We serve customers all over Tempe, but specifically help many people who live in the neighborhoods around Colonia Estrella, Guadalupe Commerce Center, Las Flores de Guadalupe and Strahan Drive.
We know that no two people’s storage needs are the same, which is why we offer the best selection of storage units in various sizes.
Nearly all of our units come with ceilings that are at least 8’ high, with some extending as high as 15’. All of our storage units sized at 10’ x 12’ and larger are also equipped with timer lights within the unit for added ease and comfort. Of course, units can also be purchased with temperature control settings to help protect sensitive items.
If you need a small storage space – a couple of bicycles and a few stackable boxes for example – we recommend the 5’ x 5’ storage unit. However, if your storage needs are much greater – for example, if you are the manager of a commercial business in the midst of a move – we offer units as large as 20’ x 35’ to fit all furniture and supplies that you have.
We want to make loading and unloading your storage unit as easy as possible, which is why hallways separating our units are at least five feet wide. We provide a free moving truck, and you will find flatbed carts, free to use, within the facility.
We know that security is important. When you become one of our customers, you will be assigned your own pin code for gated access. We also offer after-hours security so you can sleep at night knowing that your personal belongings are safe and secure.
Best & Most Convenient Hours in the Industry
Needing to access your storage unit only to find out that the facility is locked up for the weekend is the worst. That’s why we offer storage access 365 days of the year. You can access your unit any day from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. If you have questions and need to speak with one of our storage service professionals, our office is open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Holds the contents of a 5-bedroom house, or five years of business files, including desk, chairs, computer, lamps, shelves.
Holds the contents of a 7-bedroom house, or eight years of business files, including desk, chairs, computer, lamps, shelves.
William, the general manager, is great. The facility is beautiful. The pricing is much better than a lot of competitors. Much easier to get set up than some competitors.
