David is Amazing!!! What a wonderful experience with Nest Self Storage. We stop by just to ask for information about their fees because I wanted to switch from another place that was getting too expensive. David provided us with their great prices and impressive customer service. I made the reservation right away and setup my moving in date. Jackie contacted me a day prior to confirm my reservation, super nice and friendly. The facilities are very clean and well kept. Couple of hiccups I had moving in was that they gave me rhe wrong code (one number was missed type, but it's ok we all make mistakes) called the customer service number and helped me get the correct one. The other thing was that I couldn't get out of the parking lot because I didn't know I had to enter the code to exit the building too. Hehe. Other than that everything went smooth. Love the place and love the staff. 😃🤩🥰

Jennifer was amazing the whole process. It was quick & easy and she answered all my questions. On the day of move in she offered to find us another cart, had the automatic door propped open & had cold waters in the unit waiting for us when we began to move things. She has been super friendly and extremely helpful.

I am so impressed with the service I received from this storage unit. When I arrived to the location, after I signed up to rent the storage I was stressed. Jennifer from the storage put me at ease. She greeted me with a smile, she introduced herself after speaking to her on the phone. Jennifer was so pleasant and kind. The best part was she greeted myself and everyone there helping me move in with an ice cold bottled water. That meant a lot. Not only had Jennifer been polite, but she was able to get me into a bigger storage once I realized the one I had chosen was not. Large enough. She made me feel valued and welcomed at all times. Their climate control unit was like being in air condition that was set at 69-70 degrees. It felt amazing, making it easier to work in the storage unit. Jennifer was so sincere and genuine, and this concludes my five star review of this place. Amazing!!

I just wanted everyone to know that the new Nest Self Storage on Bullard in Goodyear is excellent. I talked to David on the phone and he was very informative as was Clint who happened to be filling in when I first just stopped in. I went there today to finalize our storage unit and met with Jennifer, who is the property manager and an absolute delight to work with. Nest storage should be proud to have these employees representing their company.

This business sets a high bar for any type of business. Awesome employees in a very nice facility. My wife and I arrived a day sooner than I had arranged with a loaded trailer and after driving straight through from the North East. We were tired and it was a hot day. Fortunately, David was there to welcome us. He was knowledgeable, friendly, polite and super helpful. Definitely made things easy for us. Five star service. When I originally set this up, the gal I spoke with over the phone was quite helpful as well. They both navigated my errors with a positive attitude.

There's cameras everywhere so you can feel secure inside. The climate control storage are fairly cool throughout the facility.
