It was good- however buying mandatory and questionable insurance doesn't sound legal. Also- it would be good to be able to use the restrooms when needed. Other than that- great experience. Much better with the reservation than others in the area. I'm so glad you had exactly what I needed.

My experience was AWESOME. Completely hassle free, fast and efficient. I have used public storage and U-Haul. Was going to use U-Haul this time because I know the brand, however needed something more accessible via the light rail. I feel I made the best choice. I love love my agent(Zak) so much. One day he saw me outside and thought I was in distress and came out and asked if I needed help. I told him I feel safe there and the facility is always clean. In my future US Storage will be my first choice.

Cumbersome website experience. Rent rates were raised almost %100 after a few months of renting. Very nice person who checked me into my unit, but had no idea what they were doing during the process. It was painful.

All of the on-site managers were great. Zack, Hunter, Victoria...
They are very conscientious workers and would address any concerns I had.
There is an issue with homeless people in the units and sometimes I was left wondering if there was any illegal activity going on (based on certain behaviors from people entering their units) and some units smelling like urine and filthy clothing.
I do recognize that this is a challenging issue in Phoenix and with other storage centers.

I had reserved a storage unit online at the 7th avenue location and getting set up was incredibly easy. I was showed the storage unit prior to leasing it and given exactly the rate I had been quoted. So far so good. Location is convenient. Haven't had any negative run ins with any staffer or fellow renter or random person on the street. Only real negative that I can think of is that parking could be better enforced. Once or twice, people weren't parked the most optimally for others to access the storage units. That was frustrating.

Gladys S. was so nice! They had the perfect sized unit at an amazing and wonderful price. Nothing didn’t work; the doors, the elevators, the stairs, the dollies. The hours are fantastic and they gave us about 25 bottles of cold water. We did kind of a big move in August so the cold water was great! If I ever need a storage unit again I will go back to US Storage.

This is our 2nd time storing dorm items there during the summer rather than hauling them home. They are fabulous to work with. They look for a way to accommodate and help you rather than the policy of "it is what it is". The building is also very secure and easy to access as well as clean.

The most unwelcoming, uninvitive,horrible experience I've ever had. On site employee did nothing but hound us the first day moving in,saying we were taking to long. Some words were exchanged between employee and friend. Manager decides later in the week to evict us. Us storages are by far the worst storage in existence.

The location of this place is very convenient to my house, so it is easy to take property back and forth, but the main reason I have come back after having rented at this location in the past is Gladys, who has the memory of an elephant.
