The Mgr Cassandra is great and was very helpful. I am what you would call a “long term” storage tenant and I would NEVER recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage for over 6 months. The owners needlessly raise their rates every 3-6 months until you are priced out of your unit giving you no option but to move. It’s ridiculous that they don’t offer serious long term rental options. I did try a ‘rate negotiation’ with them the last time they raised me $45 per month but their “negotiated rate” was still raising me $25 per month and that was only good until the next increase in 3-6 months. I’ve had my same unit for 7 years and never had these exorbitant rate increases until the last 18 months. The price of my unit has literally needlessly doubled over the last 2 years alone! The owners seem only to be concerned with $$$. Too bad they don’t do more for their previously loyal long term customers. Apparently other tenants feel the same was because we saw many people moving out at the same time we were. When we talked to them they mentioned the rate increase was their reason to move as well.

Incredibly kind staff. Cassandra was so patient with me waiting for me to complete the transfer of some items from one unit to another. I tried to be done by 6 but just couldn't make it. She didn't rush me or get upset, she just waited the extra 15 minutes past closing for me to finish.
I needed some questions answered and I spoke to Gary, who was kind and took the time to make sure my issues were resolved. I'm truly grateful for such down to earth people who really care about others!
Facility is always clean, secure and well lit. They offer a variety of unit sizes so I was able to rent just the right size I needed. No more, no less.
Prices are slightly higher than other storage options but the perks of higher security and climate control, not to mention the amazing staff, is so worth it.

Staff was nice but not very accommodating. We were setting this up for my elderly Aunt who doesn't have a computer. First they refused to change her due date from the 7th of the month to the 20th of the month to better accommodate her fixed income on Social Security. She was told she could pay on the 20th but just pay a late fee every month. (Really!!) And the second is that they did not provide paper bills, only computer generated. Again, she doesn't have a computer and she prefers to pay by check. So she is going to now have to try and remember to pay this bill on the 7th of the month (which isn't the best time of the month for her) without any time of notification. It seems like everything is what is convenient and easiest for your company not what would be beneficial for your customer. We will try and figure out a work-around even though it will not be easy or convenient at all but unfortunately you didn't give us any option and we don't want to have to move her stuff again.

I would suggest adding a labeled spot on your online application for your middle name so when you arrive to get the unit, you don't need to resign. I realize it asked for a middle name but its easy to miss.

I have had only positive experiences at storage now. The staff is beyond helpful and accommodating. The facility is clean and safe. I previously rented 2storage units and cleared them out when I moved. I found I needed to store again so I went back to them even though I moved further away and there are many storage units available closer to where I live. I highly recommend them.

I have been a tenant for a long time - about 8 years or more. I just recently rented an additional storage unit. The manager at the Scottsdale store, Flor, is extremely professional, personable, and explains things well. She also accommodates clients with options that may be suitable for them. The store is meeting the protocols necessary for the covid virus and the entire facility is kept spotlessly clean. There are carts and baskets to aid in move in/move out. I have never even considered storing anywhere else!

It was a Great experience! Serina is a wonderful customer service representative! I had not been to any other storage facility to make a comparison, but she sold me NY the way she handled my questions. With a smile and wonderful interpersonal skills, Serina sold me! I appreciated her attitude, understanding and knowledge. She easily hooked me and had me in contract! As a manager myself, I would want someone like Serina on my team!!

My experience overall was well within the range of my expectations. I did however experience a small amount of frustration when I called in to give my notice of last day. The service member on the line told me I had to physically come into the location to give my notice (which is not close to where I was residing at the time). When I arrived at the location, the attendant at the desk was very nice and accommodating, but I did not have to sign any paperwork like the phone attendant said I would and felt that I had made a frivolous trip.
Other than that, very pleased with my experience and the facilities.

I rolled in around 2:00 pm last sunday needing a safe affordable, clean unit. I was greeted, educated & shown my options by monica.
Within 15 minutes i had picked my unit , bought my lock and was unloading my suv. I appreciated her customer service ....your equipment and facility

Serena did a fabulous job of finding us the perfect unit in a great location within the building. This is the fourth time we have rented space here and while all of the times have been good, this one was the most seamless and the best. The facility itself is very clean, secure, good parking and lighting, and has enough equipment to assist in moving in and out.

The office staff is great. I came in several times to find out what units you had available, and then to reserve a unit, and then finally to do the rental contract. They remembered me, which I thought was nice. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

I have had great service from the managers. Any issues have been professionally and quickly addresed. The place is always clean and accessible. The rents are somewhat higher than other storage places but the location is perfect, I feel safe and my property is well protected.

Well, it was a mixture of something like Where's Waldo and One Flew Over the CooCoos Nest. With George's greatest knowledge and ability we set out into the maze in the basement. Scary to say the least... all alone with George going through cell my cell. I almost heard the inmates clamoring in their cell and then I kept saying "Where's Waldo". It was a great adventure and after retrieving conversation with Karen in the office... at last determined that the number was 307... not 2307 (of whatever George had on his sheet. The experience with George was great. We found the locker, signed up for the space and off I went. Staff were great, George apologetic and all went well except for the haunted feeling of those captive in their cells!

Always great! However, on move-in, the elevator was out of service and had to try using the stairs to the lower level. Loaded heavy boxes on dolly provided by mgt., and the handle was not connected to the body of the dolly with bolts. At the top of the stairwell, the handle came off in my hand as I watched my belongings tumble and crash down the stairway with the runaway dolly. That needs to be corrected. It was very difficult to move in using only the stairway, but I had no other choice because of time constraints.
