A. Customers are required to have a compatible lock if they choose to purchase their own. Locks are also available for purchase at our facility.

I was in a real pickle because the 10 x 24' unit I had rented at another storage facility nearby wasn't open when I needed access to the unit, and I had a 26' moving truck full of all my belongings that had arrived from Sedona with a team of four men. I called Small Town and they immediately signed me up, and the local manager Jake was so helpful, kind, and efficient getting us into an even bigger unit that will work better, so it worked out. Big Phew! High compliments for Jake's organizational skills, integrity, and thoroughness!

Love the customer service - "Roy/Jake" in the office is awesome, and the answering service really goes out of their way to help. Customer service- definitely tops!! The units are nice, and clean. The property is clear of trash and landscaping is kept up.
The negatives: Access to units on the side are too narrow.. Fencing needed to be installed about 4 feet FURTHER from where it is. 2 cars cannot pass through at the same time.
Most people have Sundays off, and the storage facility is closed on Sundays...

The gentlemen that runs the storage unit is so helpful and pleasant. It was clean, actually had a bathroom and was always offered water. Being in the hot desert, water is critical. We could not be happier.
