I want to tell you Jake at the 1910 West Prince storage was a big help and a lifesaver brother had some stuff in storage his friend had rented the storage unit promising that he would pay on it my brother's Grandpa's ashes we're in that storage unit that my brother's friend said he was paying on and didn't is that unit went up for auction without my brother knowing and he lost his pops ashes however Jake manager managed to get the ashes back for my brother just want to thank him for going above and beyond because this guy Shannon just lied and lied and lied said that the storage unit place never told him it was going for auction right to Jake pretty much called Jake a liar but Jake got the ashes back for my little brother and I just want to thank him and thank him very much. My little brother's name is Joey Cagle his grandfather was all he had left in the world and his best friend did this to him and he lost everything else in there but again we want to think Jake for helping him out.

I’m real happy with small town storage. I’ve used them twice over a period of six or seven years and each time I used them they were great no problem easy to easy access when I couldn’t remember my gate code they help me out the good guys and I really like the guy that runs the place. Good guy.
Loved my time there, very affordable compared to elsewhere. Jake is awesome, would definitely recommend!

I was in a real pickle because the 10 x 24' unit I had rented at another storage facility nearby wasn't open when I needed access to the unit, and I had a 26' moving truck full of all my belongings that had arrived from Sedona with a team of four men. I called Small Town and they immediately signed me up, and the local manager Jake was so helpful, kind, and efficient getting us into an even bigger unit that will work better, so it worked out. Big Phew! High compliments for Jake's organizational skills, integrity, and thoroughness!

My experience has been just fine thank you.
Needed to store a tool box and they had the right unit for it and when I no longer needed the unit the process was seemless to end.
Nice people .... Just pricing to high
I had to wait a while in the beginning because the person working here was the only one. And I had to resign my contract twice because "I did it wrong". The person that helped me was friendly enough but he seemed a little overwhelmed. The entrance gates are not designed well so if you have a truck it won't fit if you get a back side storage unit, which means you have to walk about 30 feet with each box you carry.... and 30 feet back to the truck after opening the gate again.
The best thing is the price.

We met Sofia today who helped us out with our storage rental and she was really friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place to help you with your needs!
My experience was wonderful. Got all my questions answered, got paperwork and gate access code/ information quickly and efficiently. I believe the young man’s name was Jake who helped me and he was so professional, kind, courteous and helpful. Small Town Storage has a jewel in that employee!!
Great storage at great rates. I went in and spoke with Jake and he had me in and ready to go in just a few minutes. Site was very clean and well maintained and units are very easy to access.
Jake is so awesome. Always so helpful. Goes above and beyond to accommodate renters. Promote him to CEO!! He deserves it.
I have been with Small Town Storage for two years. This place is great! Jake the manager is a stand up guy! He is meticulous in his dealings with me and is always happy to see me. He is very knowledgeable and strives to do the best he can. The place is always clean. I would not consider any other storage facility for my belongings.
I have been renting a unit for over a year & have just experienced circumstances that presently have me renting two! Jake is understanding of a situation, provides a timely solution, & is always so glad to see me (haha). Seriously, this is a good location for solving your storage situations & the Manager (Jake) has been very accommodating.

I just moved out because I didn’t need a unit anymore but I would definitely use this facility again if needed. The whole process with moving in and out was so simple. manager is about the business called him told him what i needed pulled up 15 min later and all was ready for signature and payment everything has been exactly what I was told no games no break ins no tampers security gates and cameras keep all your belonging safe i highly recommend this establishment. Variety of sizes most of the time but for sure good prices on rent and insurance hassle free auto pay
Recently updated and new ownership customer service is perfect also very clean and secure however going after dark makes it difficult becuse the units have no power and perimeter lighting is minimal but if you can do your business in the day this is a great choice special with its location next to I 10 ...
Update...Lighting is complete and I am very happy with trojan storage they don't play games like other storage centers do with pricing ... Unless you like to move start with trojan.

The manager is the best! I went back a second time because of him.
I recently used Trojan storage while I was away on deployment. The management was extremely helpful and attentive to my needs and a deployed member of the military. I will definitely use them again as needed.
The staff is really nice and knows whats we needed in a short notice. They worked with us and got us box's and showed us how to pack things to keep things from breaking. WOW! don't get that kind of service much anymore! Will stay here with all our storage needs!
