I had such a great experience visiting this facility in Auburn. The person who assisted me was Sarai Rodas. How can I forget her name if she was such a sweet, helpful and resourceful young lady. Truly recommend this storage place. Good on prices. The staff is so nice and makes you feel like they truly care to help :) 10 out of 10 way to go Sarai. Keep making customers your priority. Best customer service. If you want to be attended like you should and want to save a buck. This is where to go for your storage needs!!!

It’s so useful having a facility like this in the Auburn area. I needed a storage unit for wine for a few months while our basement is being renovated. A lot of their storage is climate controlled, and in addition they have a special section with extra cooling for things like wine. Booking and checking in was very easy. Security was also good.

Sarai and Angie are both new, friendly and knowledgeable. I think they'll work out great at the storage center! The only issue i have is that the prices have gone up so much over the past year. And while i have been referring people the past month, so i could try to get 50% off (over $150 savings for me)of one months rent, i went in today and found out that it had been changed….now its only $50 max off of one months rent. Now I’m debating if its worth the hassle. Again, the new workers are great, you have super security, but the prices too high.

I have to give US Storage (on Quartz Behind Ross just up the road from Auburn 7th Day Adventist Church) a huge shout out!. This facility is the cleanest storage facility I have ever seen. In addition the staff is example setting in representation that other businesses should take notice of. In today's economy Customer Service has severely declined in quality to a near extinction. I did not find that the case with US Storage. They truly demonstrated sincere professionalism when presenting a concern I had and corrected it. Professionalism and Customer Service has all but dissapeared of late and I desire such qualities with doing any business. I found those qualities with US Storage. When it comes to choosing a company that will be responsible in keeping my most cherished belongings stored safe I will look no further than US Storage and will waste no time in recommending them to a friend or inguiry on social media.

I love this facility! It’s very clean and very straightforward. Comparable pricing to most places. I have had a unit here for 3 years and I love it. It’s very safe. Devvin is the new assistant property manager and he’s wonderful and helpful!!

Calinda was a super sweet lady, we had just moved back from Oklahoma and needed a storage the same day we got back to California and she did just that! She was super quick getting us our code and getting our storage open for us, not to mention the prices are incredible, I definitely recommend using this place if you need a storage unit, amazing people and amazing customer service!

I have always enjoyed storing at this facility. Linda has been on top of the property and is one of the best facility managers that I have dealt with. Being a former facility manager myself, I know the work that goes into being a manager. I must admit that since I had my rent raised within the last 6 months, I am a bit surprised to see another raise especially since it's a rather large increase. Linda has provided consistent high quality customer service. She's knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and efficient. She's the reason I've been pleased with what was Quartz Storage in Auburn, CA. The processes in place with Quartz allowed her to make any transaction quick and easy.

I've had a storage unit here for 5 years now and it has been great. Access is super easy, feels very secure, and the staff has ALWAYS been nothing short of delightfully pleasant. Nothing bad to say about them. If I had to put things in storage again, I would choose here.

I have stored my household goods here for 3 years. The managers are down to earth and very helpful. The grounds and security is appreciated.

One of the safest and secure storage facilities Ive been in. And Ive been in many in the last 10 years. Wanda the manager is a very nice woman. They have their own major yard sale once a year. Its pretty neat.
