I checked a few storage places before calling US Storage. USS had the best prices, so we checked it out. (The person on the phone was very responsive.) As my wife and I arrived, Megan was attentive, professional and knowledgeable. She showed us two options and we chose the larger one. We liked how the units are visible from the Boulevard and the I-10 freeway. We like good visibility. We also like the month-to month approach and 365 access. They even have an app. We signed up on the spot. This is a great place!

Megan was very, very helpful. Attitude was awesome. As of March 30, '25 I had trouble with my lock and doors both Megan and Doug were only too happy to help me fix it. I moved storage spaces as well and they were very helpful with that as well. I have had good interactions with them. Very friendly and professional.

After a brief period of confusion (mostly my fault), the site manager Doug proved to be very helpful in getting me set up with the storage unit. Access and drainage are both good.

I had the best customer service experience at this place. Megan is the prime example of what true customer service is all about. I highly recommend this storage place for all of your storage needs. Megan was friendly and very informative about everything that they offer, and they have great rates. Megan knows her stuff. This was my first time using a storage facility, and Megan answered all of my questions as well as gave me some insight. So if you need to store anything, I highly recommend US Storage on Calimesa Blvd. Megan will take great care of you! Oh, and they have an app so you can open the gate with your phone and access your account. I thought that was really convenient.

Quick and easy. Had a lovely discount rate to start our transition off on a good foot. We love working with businesses that support military families and this place offers a military discount! We had a storage unit since September / October and we recently moved everything out.. Doug had helped us when we first rented the unit and showed us all the units he had in sizes. I believe he goes above and beyond and is an extremely helpful person.. I would definitely recommend this storage facility for your needs..Thank you again Doug for all your great help..

All-n-all, the storage place is adequate and not over-priced. The biggest bummer was rodents had entered our storage while we were in another state, and you don't get any money back if you pay for a month but get out early. Our payment went through and we were out the storage the very next day... Ultimately, it was my fault for not canceling auto pay.

This place is professionally run, staff has always been helpful and friendly. Grounds are clean. Units are fairly priced. Site is secure. Access is easy, convenient. I've been dealing with Security Storage for quit some time now and they always have been the kind of business that I think all business's should B. Treat Ur customers with respect no matter what. (unless they R really out there) LoL This they do they R willing to help in anyway they can to make Ur storage safe and secure at all times. If U have any questions or U fell something isn't right they R right on it to fix the problem if there is one and to answer any questions U have. Very clean storage units and the prices aren't to bad either. U need a storage unit here in town reasonable pricing friendly SECURITY STORAGE is the one to puck. They treat U like Family.

The reservation on line was a little complicated but overall is a good place to rent a storage . They have an app to open and close your units and gate as well now I’m not a tech guy, but is a good thing .

Reasonably priced. Helpful and always friendly staff. The only complaint I have is with the gate hours. Gate closes at 9pm. For those who work later shifts its near impossible to get there, in, and out by 9. I would suggest moving back closing time to 11pm or even midnight.
