There were some miscommunication on the unit I rented and causing the rental rate to be higher (USD 61) from what I had booked on line (which is USD48) and the lower rate have in fact being locked in during the first discussion with the staff there. Finally the property manager Paul helped to settle the issue immediately on the next day and gave me back the original locked in rate .He also helped to waive certain fee as a gesture of goodwill for the mistake done due to miscommunication. Thank you Paul ,you are very wonderful and helpful.I like the courtesy way you service the clients and help to solve problem immediately. Will definitely recommend this US Storage Center at Cutterway to all my other friends and clients.

the first person who helped me was actually kind of rude on the phone. i almost hung up but decided to give them a chance in person and im glad i did. the manager ended up being super helpful and got me a unit that was way bigger than i thought id need for the same price. it was pretty quick to get in and out once i had my paperwork sorted. a couple of things inside arent the newest but everything is clean and safe and that matters more to me. i feel good leaving my stuff here and im planning to stay for a while.
