The manager Brett did an exceptional job making sure my truck was secure and safe along with need for me to access the truck as needed was great . Pricing was beyond fair and it was what I needed to continue my trucking business . This review is for Brett. After being here almost 2 years, I can say this is the best storage facility I’ve utilized for my commercial vehicle. The property is always secure, clean & well lit at night and even has the occasional security guard patrolling after hours. Brett has always been professional & knowledgeable about the entire property. They keep the area secure and clean and the staff (Brett)is efficient in getting back to you if you have questions or if issues arrive that you may not be aware of. Brett is running a professional, kind, and user friendly operation! We needed a space on short notice and he was more than fair with the price and even found a slightly larger for us spot after we arrived. Security seems tight and well managed. I highly recommend this location.

The up grade to the front gate makes no sense... it's smaller and way harder to maneuver to exit...

I needed a long term parking spot for my RV and came across US Storage and on Craigslist. Contacted them. They were very busy but dedicated quality time on the phone, thoroughly explained what needed to be done, answered my questions. Jackie and Ana were very helpful to process my paperwork remotely and provided guidance and directions. Instructions were simple enough and I parked my RV at 5:00am without any issues.

Jackie and Ana are amazing. I had a problem with my space and they jumped right on it and got everything resolved immediately. They provided "REAL" customer service! Jackie followed up with me a few days later. No one does that nowadays, but Jackie did! Yay!!! Thank you both very much!

Walter and Alexander helped me out when I needed to store my RV for a trip out of town. They have a convenient location, good rates and were super helpful getting me a better deal for a full month than long term parking would have been for 10 days.

Praise the Lord for finding this place and having customer service representative Walter to help me out into finding me the correct size storage. Prices may be a little high but the convenience of them having gate access late in the evening is very useful.

Alex was super helpful and renting a space was easy and hassle free thanks!

Customer service on the phone to reserve a spot was very nice. Rita explained everything and including the $24 process fee. She will hold the spot for 7 days with no obligations to rent. She told me this was the last space available I better reserve it. Lol, I didn’t believe her but I let it slide.

Even though they raised the parking fees by 50% this facility is still a good deal for it's location, security and management. Walter worked with me tirelessly to resolve my situation to ensure I got to keep the spot I wanted and also to clear up a billing snafu.
