So far, i have nothing but good experience with this facility. Management has been very helpful and friendly. I did get a notice/warning for leaving just a little bit late after 9pm. But that was my fault and not the facility. Lost track of time while moving stuff in and out of my RV, but they forgave me and didn’t charge me the penalty fee. Not their fault and they were nice enough to just warn me. I just need to be mindful and adhere to their policy since it is set in place to protect our property on their site. I appreciate that height of security.

I’ve been dealing with the office about the rate of my storage for a month and today I walked in the manager. Ricky was there to help me. The girls are always very helpful. Marissa And Rochelle have been great and kind return my phone calls when they’re supposed to always help me when I come back cause I always seem to have a dilemma of some sort in my life personally, but it all worked out and I have a nothing but good things to say about trunk space storage I would recommend it to me

The prices are very affordable. The sweet lady that helped me was so patient and helpful I believe her name is Olivia. This was the best experience I have ever had dealing with storage facilities. Ivy did a great job checking me in and making sure I got what I needed. Facility is clean and inviting. Thanks! Updated 07/24/2025 This review was left during the check in process. After we were checked in and escorted to our unit, it was discovered that the assigned unit was not actually as big as what we were paying for. The situation was quickly fixed by moving us to a different unit. But the "behind the scenes" paperwork then became a complete pain in the butt - I was sent notices of late payments even though I had paid ahead a couple months (we were using the unit for a move and only needed it for a couple months). After we were done with our unit and took our lock off, I got a phone call a few days later "We need to move you to your new unit!" What in the actual heck? So obviously there was some break down in communication in the office. Because it was a surreal experience of renting a unit, being moved, being sent naughty notices about late payments after having paid and then being called up by someone panicked about not being in the new unit. Never saw Ivy again.

Facility is nice and clean but cats are everywhere and they will try and get in your boat. Plus slept and scratched up cover and swim step. Make sure your cover is tight and swim step is covered or you will have same issue. Other issue and reason for 3 stars is the fact that every few months they raise your rent while keeping the online price low. They just raised my spot fee (covered Boat & RV spot) to $248 while online it says $150 and 1/2 off for 3 months. Ridiculous to charge current customers way more than what you show online. I moved out due to those issues.

Ivy & Shayla was awsome. I got a a storage and a parking spot for my trailer. I love the fact that the hours are limited my trailer and storage both got broken into at the last place I rented from so the security and operating hours is a great peace of mind very clean place and freindly staff
