US Storage Centers of Harbor City, CA is here to ensure that we have something for all of our customers, which is why we offer storage units in a variety of different sizes. Our storage units start as small as 5’x5’, but are available as large as 10’x30’. We offer multiple sizes in between so that you have enough room to store everything from a few boxes to your entire house. There is drive up access available for all of our units, making moving easy. We also provide moving carts to help you move your belongings around your storage unit. In addition, the entire storage facility has 24/7 video recording and there is an electronic access door that can only be accessed by current storage tenants during access hours.

Conveniently located off of Normandie Avenue on 253rd Street, between I-213 and the 110 freeway, our Harbor City US Storage Centers facility is easy to find and access. We are about a block away from the Los Angeles Fire Department Station 85, and approximately three blocks’ distance from Normont Elementary School.
We serve customers in search of affordable storage units near the Harbor City area, including those who live in the neighborhoods of Wilmington, West Carson, and Old Town Torrance. Our single-level facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a parking lot that is wide enough to accommodate storage trucks.

I have been dealing with you guys for 5 years, initially a 5x5 and recently due to medical reasons and other reasons we had to vacate our residence and sell and or giveaway things. It is amazing how much we aquire in a short period of time.... long story short, we are now paying for 3 units.. got a big one and soon realized that we eed another and another.. the entire crew has been exceptional

Sandy ,was very professional,I am a disabled American I have Parkinson's Desease,in additional Dystonia. Sandy is very approachable to my family by informing me handicap acamadations, such as front eazy access parking,handicap signs though out US Storage visible, furthermore, friendly, explained company policy, Sandy went as far to inconvenience her busy day with other responsibilities and kindly escorted me to make sure in how correctly use the front car gate by punching in the number code due to my trembling hands.Sandy continued with her expertise and made certain that I don't fall showing my rental stroge space in how to use the locks Sandy suggested at the main office ,Sandy then recommend me to lease out a second strage for the amount of house furniture I had to store, Sandy next handed over US Storage Business Card and made sure to call back if needed any other questions answered. My first experience with US Storage has been excellent, I'm glad to be a first time customer to the storage company. It was great to actually meet the manager on site, and Sandy did a great job getting me situated and explaining some of the eccentricities of the facility. The site was well kept and everything was in working order.

Loved the price. Now for the storage place. There were never any carts around to take items from ior to the unit. That was the worst thing about my experience. Next thing is the increase in pricing. It was not that bad however for way the facility was it wasn’t worth it. Employees were great, they worked with what they had and never complained about anything, they would try and go out of there way.

I had my Jaguar in storage at 1239 West 253rd Street Harbor City for 7 months and I will be back again to US Storage as soon as I need.

The price is great. Location is helpful. Employees are extremely helpful. As far as carts for the storage facility,the upkeep is horrible. There are no carts ever around, there is trash on the grounds that I have seen there for the last couple of days. But all in all like I said the price is right, so it's true what they say you get what you pay for. I'm not trying to be negative at all. It's just I see things and you ask for a comment

Wow is all I can say. The quality of service I and my family received from Vanessa was of the type I expect from the #1 ranked companies in terms of Customer Care/Customer Service. Most outstanding service I have ever received. I was in a tough spot not feeling well exacerbated by back and knee pain and my family was stranded in a hotel while I was trying to get off work to deal with a moving emergency during a time of crisis. Vanessa heard my "pain" and quickly offered solutions and service that had our problem solved in minutes and an hour. Thank you for hiring such a dedicated and caring business professional.
