The manager at the cloud location, Stephen, was extremely friendly and professional. My family and I are going through a tremendous loss and Stephen made sure to be empathetic and give us the best US Storage center experience. He helped us by going above and beyond when showing us our unit and making sure we had water and everything we needed. Whenever we needed something I could rely on Stephen being right around the corner with the help we needed.

So far the attendant I spoke with is very friendly. I just feel unsettled about not knowing what to expect when 'the rates go up". There is basically no cap, and very little warning.

It was great with Robert. Not the older gentleman. Again when I made my payment he was there asking if everything fit. He remembered me because on move in date commented that my stuff won't fit. Which scared me. He was there today when I made my pymt he said when he saw my stuff I should get rid of it instead of paying rent and I could buy all new stuff. He asked why am I storing that stuff. I said I'd rather have the memories of their furniture than anything new Then he said I've already experienced it so I don't need it anymore. WHO IS THIS GUY. When I have more room I'll share move in day with this guy.

Everything was great except I was not shown how, and could not find a phone number to call for help, to exit the property after hours. I was able to walk out the exit gate but my car was stuck locked behind the gate overnight! ACCESSABLE, EMERGENCY HELP [PHONE NUMBER OR OTHER INFO] SHOULD BE POSTED I looked on and near the gate, the key pad, on the web site, my receipt / rental paperwork and I called each phone number I found. But there was NO info on how to exit the propery after hours; NO emergency or securty info at all.
