This my second time storing my things in this building. I keep coming back for the convenient location, fair prices and friendly staff. Jesus is always friendly and very helpful. And most recently, Niko was very helpful, giving me advice on how much space he thought I'd need. He took the time to look at the units I already had as well as the truck full of my stuff to help me determine if I needed more space. I was ready to rent another unit! But said he didn't think I needed it and he was right! It's nice to feel like I can trust the advice from the employees rather than feel taken advantage of.

I was weary when this company took over for the LB Security Storage but Phoenix and Niko have made the transition very smooth. Both are very knowledgeable and eager to help without hesitation. Throughout the years I’ve had to use a storage unit for all of my moves. LBSS is the first place I’ve ever used one continuously for 3 years and I’m so grateful. Everything was kept safely and with no damage. Not even any dust from being stored for so long. The staff is super sweet and it’s pretty easy to get in and out. I would absolutely use them again!

Long Beach Security Storage facility is the most secure storage facility a facility has to offer... anywhere! I call it Fort Knox. I have had my expensive items stored here for over two years and let me say they have provided me with peace of mind since the day I entrusted them with my irreplaceable and valuable items. They have been understanding, professional, and their customer service is to be commended. I am fortunate to have found this place and if they have an available unit, take it. You will not regret your choice. I tell everyone how Long Beach Security is the most secure and professional facility anyone could ask for. I still have my items stored there to date and I never have to worry about the security of my items. Their personnel are top notch and professional and have made accommodations for me when they did not have to. I truly am grateful for everything they do and have done for me!!!

Great staff, facility and experience. I highly recommend this storage to everyone. When I come in the facility, it is clean and the staff is welcoming.

Clean on the inside and I’ve actually have never seen a bug there all the times I’ve gone to load and unload. That said I would caution about the moody employees- they don’t ever seem to want to help much. The elevator is huge but only 1 person is allowed to go up to the unit, so if you happen to need some help to get your stuff in our out is NOT your lucky day. Each time I try to go in with my husband to help me w big stuff or if he needs my help, we have to put up with employee nagging and often times been literally been reprimanded by the sleepy men at the reception….then again..I’ve never seen a roach there so…there’s that.

Hello. In compliance with County of Los Angeles, our facility elevator is deemed only for Freight, not passenger. In accordance to these rules that we follow, only one passenger is allowed with each filled cart to ride in the elevator. This may seem as an inconvenience to some, but our long time tenants understand. We are one of the highest rated customer service self service facilities in town. What can I say, it's a place to store your things. Prices vary and there's 7stories. Staff has always been friendly. But rent goes up every year or so a few dollars I've noticed

I had an amazing experience with the help of Jackie. She explained everything and answered questions I had. She goes above and beyond and I really appreciated her help. I would recommend this place.

The only thing is that you can only go when they are open which is tough if you work 8-5 or 9-6. It's not like Public Storage where you have access through a gate almost anytime you want. This is in an enclosed building. But other than that it's good. If you're available during the day then their hours are a non issue.

Everything was all good , from rate’s on the u-haul deal / to moving into the 5x7 unit. I feel like the only thing they need to fix is Sara Penn’s attitude, her body language (rolling her eyes , the sighs etc.) was telling me she either had a bad day or she just doesn’t like her job. But either way I use to work here 6 years back & I never gave nobody attitude because I believe in respect, respect to my self & others. Told her straight up this one of the reason why I quit working there. the management there could be foul to the clients sometimes but other then that the other employees forgot her name the young guys name , they were helpful & nice !

This storage located in Long Beach on Anaheim (Anaheim and Hoffman) had the most competitive rates and sizes than any other storage facility around! The units on the higher floors (I think there's 7) are cheaper... FYI... There is a loading dock area and truck rentals located in the alley entrance for loading and unloading.

This place is great if you have large heavy items to store. Loading dock, carts and I mean big carts, shelves on rollers to stack things for easy transition for car to the dock, ramps, and best of all… It has a lift. My locker was 100% clean and ready for me. Customer service: excellent. Especially at this time of facemasks and social distancing. 5 stars ⭐️
