Lizette! Let me tell you she made my life so much easier. I am in the middle of a remodel due to damage to my home. Lizette took her time. Shared all my options and helped me get the best storage while the contractor told me last minute that I had to remove all of my items. This is not your traditional storage place. I’ll start off by saying that the staff in the front desk are awesome! Super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They really go above and beyond to help make the process as smooth as possible. The facility itself is super clean and well taken care of. The units are exactly what you’d look for on a storage unit. We shopped around and looked at 3 different facilities. This one offered the best prices. I’d definitely recommend 10/10 if you’re on the market for some extra storage.

Update December 10th, 2025 Elevators code box is now only on one side of the two elevators but you still Really a 4.8 but close enough. Fantastic location right off the 405 La Tijera exit literally one block from the 405s entrance behind Wendy's. Super staff! Marcela will go above and beyond to help you out and get you the best price. The facility is brand new, very clean, and high-tech. Everything requires a password; entry, elevator, and bathrooms. The bathrooms are very clean. The only negative is the elevator system.It is too smart for its own good. You have to first call the elevator and then enter your code ASAP on the side that gets to the lobby first. I did get stuck in the elevator once. I'm not thrilled that they have raised their prices in the last four months, however, they have carts available and extended hours. Overall, it's one of the best options available!

Relocated from a storage unit in Palm Springs and this location ( Osage Ave, Los Angeles, CA ) is perfect for us, close to LAX, new, super clean and secure with really nice staff. Facilities are well planned and it was a breeze to drive the uhaul truck right up to the elevators.

3 stars because the folks at checkin were super helpful, provided a great rate and a lock but I was very disappointed that I was told insurance was required (either through US storage or my own home owners insurance) when I was NEVER told that during multiple conversations prior to checkin. All I was told prior was that I had the OPTION to get insurance at checkin. This severely delayed my checkin as I had to look for my insurance documents on the spot so I think US storage should compensate me for the extra time I had to pay my movers

Alex was the best! He was really pleasant & thorough in spite of working with broken ac. Even with doors open still over warm. He was so thoughtful to offer us cold water too. He set me up really quick so I could move in as the moving truck was already on the way. When movers arrived There was a loud disruptive dispute from the worker to the moving co owner. The worker quit right as moving was beginning. Owner paid him for the days work & asked him to leave. The Badgering Worker still didn’t leave. Alex came out peacefully talked the worker into leaving. I was so grateful Alex came. He saved me from a scary situation that developed

The facility itself is spotless, well-lit, and clearly well-maintained. Security is clearly a priority—there are surveillance cameras, gated access, and I always saw staff on-site during office hours. I also appreciated how accessible everything was, with wide driveways and carts available to move heavier items. Prices are very fair, especially considering all other storages are extremely high. Ken at 7336 Osage did a wonderful job. His knowledge of the facility, equipment and benefits that come with the rentals is top notch. His customer service was amazing and he suggested a regular storage over the footlocker size that she reserved. The suggested storage was exactly what she wanted. The website advertised a 10x6 unit with a 50% discount for the first two months. However, I was assigned a unit that was actually 7x6 ft. It did look small, but the staff insisted it only seemed that way because the unit was "wider than it is deep". I rented a truck and brought all my stuff to the storage location. I also brought a measuring tape. After I confirmed that the dimensions were wrong, and after a lot of back-and-forth and arguing, they finally reassigned me to a unit that was actually 10x6, as originally advertised. They said that the reduction of 10 to 7 feet was because the dimensions are "approximate", and I was charged for switching units and lost the 2-months 50% discount. (updated) After two months, a number of unanswered emails, phone calls and two visits to the storage location, I was finally informed that this issue will be resolved and I’ll be charged the original rental price, including the 50% discount. I also learned that, contrary to what I mentioned in my initial review, the manager Cynthia Miranda was not responsible for the extra charge or for handling the resolution directly. However, she made sure the issue was followed up on and ultimately resolved by Marcela and Ken. I really appreciate her effort in staying on top of it, and Marcela for finally resolving the matter.

Clean, cool, safe, and affordable. Units look just like pictured, and every renter gets a unique long code to enter the facility. Ken was helpful in getting me established and even quickly fixed a pricing issue when I got billed at a higher rate than was advertised online. I’m happy with the staff and facility. Would recommend to anyone on the fence as this was less than 3/4 the price of Public Storage when I compared the two. US Storage Centers also had more size options available than Public Storage. They also have smooth-rolling carts for transporting things to and from your vehicle. Note: same size storage units have varying door sizes. A 7x5 unit has a 7’ wide door and shallower space, while a 5x7 unit has a narrower door with deeper storage space. Super handy to have the option!

The staff is pleasant and helpful. They took the time to walk around with me to find a unit that met my needs. If you make an online reservation, be prepared for multiple follow-ups until you complete the rental agreement. They are very persistent. I am sensitive to not having open space at the tops of the walls in my units due to a prior theft where someone skinny slid in through the gap. I won’t rent units that have openings that will let this happen, so I’m limited on my options. This facility seems more secure than others, but most of the units still have the gaps. Also, as with all storage facilities, the dimensions are approximate. The 6’ x 10’ unit they initially rented to me was more like 5’5” x 9’3”. I couldn’t find another 6’ x 10’ unit that met my needs above, but eventually found a 9’ x 10’ unit that was really 9’ x 10’. I appreciate that they seem to have solved for allowing reasonable access hours while limiting the ability for undesirables to roam the facility after hours. Controlled access limits access to only the floors for the unit the code is assigned to.

Cindy and Marcela are out of this world. I came rented a unit for my mom and they are fantastic got us the right size,. Brand new place everything is clean and restrooms for after hours. We love the access hours.

Marcela was so helpful. She showed us around and explained everything. The new facility is so nice and clean! Lots of parking and very secure. They are open everyday of the year, no closures on holidays which is a huge plus for us. You can also access your unit as early as 6 am and as late as 8:45pm. This is the first facility I have found that doesn’t close on holidays and opens super early/closes late, which is important for my business. I have definitely found my new favorite storage facility and hope to stay for as long as we need a storage rental!

Amazing customer service! Marcela made our reservation process so smoothe and hectic free. We reserved yesterday and our storage was too small. The staff have been super helpful! Moving into the brand new facility makes the process a lot more pleasant! No steps or ramps- straight flat access from front door to a basement unit. Very fair pricing.
