The facility itself is spotless, well-lit, and clearly well-maintained. Security is clearly a priority—there are surveillance cameras, gated access, and I always saw staff on-site during office hours. I also appreciated how accessible everything was, with wide driveways and carts available to move heavier items. Prices are very fair, especially considering all other storages are extremely high. This storage is new and safe and only been open for 7 months. Better yet, Ken, the Assistant Manager was really helpful and showed us several units. We booked that same day. Ken at 7336 Osage did a wonderful job. His knowledge of the facility, equipment and benefits that come with the rentals is top notch. Easy reservation & move-in 👍 Highly Recommend!

The website advertised a 10x6 unit with a 50% discount for the first two months. However, I was assigned a unit that was actually 7x6 ft. It did look small, but the staff insisted it only seemed that way because the unit was "wider than it is deep". I rented a truck and brought all my stuff to the storage location. I also brought a measuring tape. After I confirmed that the dimensions were wrong, and after a lot of back-and-forth and arguing, they finally reassigned me to a unit that was actually 10x6, as originally advertised. They said that the reduction of 10 to 7 feet was because the dimensions are "approximate", and I was charged for switching units and lost the 2-months 50% discount. (updated) After two months, a number of unanswered emails, phone calls and two visits to the storage location, I was finally informed that this issue will be resolved and I’ll be charged the original rental price, including the 50% discount. I also learned that, contrary to what I mentioned in my initial review, the manager Cynthia Miranda was not responsible for the extra charge or for handling the resolution directly. However, she made sure the issue was followed up on and ultimately resolved by Marcela and Ken. I really appreciate her effort in staying on top of it, and Marcela for finally resolving the matter.

Clean, cool, safe, and affordable. Units look just like pictured, and every renter gets a unique long code to enter the facility. Ken was helpful in getting me established and even quickly fixed a pricing issue when I got billed at a higher rate than was advertised online. I’m happy with the staff and facility. Would recommend to anyone on the fence as this was less than 3/4 the price of Public Storage when I compared the two. US Storage Centers also had more size options available than Public Storage. They also have smooth-rolling carts for transporting things to and from your vehicle. Note: same size storage units have varying door sizes. A 7x5 unit has a 7’ wide door and shallower space, while a 5x7 unit has a narrower door with deeper storage space. Super handy to have the option!

We needed a storage and Marcela was very nice, friendly and welcoming. It was our first time renting a storage, and I had no idea of how the process was. She mad it simple and easy, gave me options and we also got a tour to see the options available. This place is new, so everything is clean. It’s also very secure, with keypad access and you only get access to the level your unit is on. I look forward to continuing my rental relationship with this company.

The staff is pleasant and helpful. They took the time to walk around with me to find a unit that met my needs. If you make an online reservation, be prepared for multiple follow-ups until you complete the rental agreement. They are very persistent. I am sensitive to not having open space at the tops of the walls in my units due to a prior theft where someone skinny slid in through the gap. I won’t rent units that have openings that will let this happen, so I’m limited on my options. This facility seems more secure than others, but most of the units still have the gaps. Also, as with all storage facilities, the dimensions are approximate. The 6’ x 10’ unit they initially rented to me was more like 5’5” x 9’3”. I couldn’t find another 6’ x 10’ unit that met my needs above, but eventually found a 9’ x 10’ unit that was really 9’ x 10’. I appreciate that they seem to have solved for allowing reasonable access hours while limiting the ability for undesirables to roam the facility after hours. Controlled access limits access to only the floors for the unit the code is assigned to.

Marcela was so helpful. She showed us around and explained everything. The new facility is so nice and clean! Lots of parking and very secure. They are open everyday of the year, no closures on holidays which is a huge plus for us. You can also access your unit as early as 6 am and as late as 8:45pm. This is the first facility I have found that doesn’t close on holidays and opens super early/closes late, which is important for my business. I have definitely found my new favorite storage facility and hope to stay for as long as we need a storage rental!
