Every unit at our Montclair facility is at ground level: drive up to the roll-up door, load, lock, done. Central Avenue offers sizes most storage properties don't — long 10x28 through 10x42 drive-up units that hold a full household or work as enclosed vehicle bays — plus a limited number of on-site 20-foot parking spaces for cars, trailers, and smaller boats. The property opened in October 2025 and is one of the Inland Empire's newest builds: a clean, access-controlled facility with gated electronic entry, 24-hour video recording, and well-lit grounds, staffed by a team that serves customers in English and Spanish, just south of the 10 Freeway and Montclair Place. Gate access runs 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., seven days a week.

What kinds of storage does the Central Avenue facility offer?

Drive-up units — every unit is ground-level with roll-up-door access, from compact 5x8, 5x10, and 6x5 bays through 10x10s and 10x14s to house-sized 10x18, 10x20, and 10x22 units. Long, narrow 8x21 and 8x31 bays suit contractors and paddle-sport gear. Oversized and extra-deep units — 10x25, 10x28, 10x34, and 10x42: rare, warehouse-depth drive-up space for a household plus a garage, business inventory, or an enclosed vehicle. Car, boat & trailer parking — a limited number of on-site 20-foot uncovered parking spaces; for longer rigs, see the RV and vehicle parking in Chino at our Ramona Ave facility south of Montclair. Climate-controlled storage — not offered here; the nearest option is our climate-controlled storage in Chino Hills at Fairfield Ranch, where every unit is indoor and climate-controlled.

How do I get to US Storage Centers on Central Avenue?

From the 10 Freeway, take the Central Avenue exit and head south; the facility sits at 10625 Central Avenue near the Central Avenue and Brooks Street intersection, a few blocks south of the Montclair Place mall district and the Montclair Transcenter Metrolink station. Coming from Ontario or Pomona, Holt Boulevard — the historic Route 66 alignment — crosses Central Avenue just north of us, and Mission Boulevard runs east-west a short drive south. The property faces Central Avenue on Montclair's western edge, right on the Ontario border, so it's an easy stop between the 10 and the 60 corridors. Look for the new-build storage facility with the gated entry drive off Central Avenue.

What areas does the Central Avenue facility serve?

Central and south Montclair, the Montclair Place / Metrolink district, the Holt Boulevard (Route 66) and Mission Boulevard corridors, west Ontario, and the Pomona border. Because the property sits on Central Avenue at the city line, it's often the closest drive-up storage for west Ontario neighborhoods and for anyone commuting the 10 between Pomona and Ontario. Neighbors just north in Upland along Central Avenue and Benson Avenue are minutes away as well. Climate-controlled needs route to Chino Hills – Fairfield Ranch; longer RV and vehicle parking to Chino – Ramona. The citywide view is on our storage units in Montclair, CA page.

Why store at Central Avenue in Montclair?

Three reasons customers pick this property. First, the unit mix: everything is ground-level drive-up — no elevators, no hallways — and the 10x34 and 10x42 warehouse-depth bays are sizes almost no nearby property carries, big enough for a full household plus a workshop or an enclosed vehicle. Second, it's new: the facility opened in October 2025, so doors, pavement, lighting, and gate hardware are all first-generation. Third, it's run by real local people who serve customers in English and Spanish, with gate access from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. every day and an office open Monday through Saturday.

Why choose US Storage Centers?

When you store with US Storage Centers, you work with real local people who know their property and their neighbors — nationally trusted, personally run, so you're a name, not a number. Your rental gives back, too: through Kure It, storage helps fund cancer research. And it's easy, on your terms — month-to-month rentals, online move-ins, and a team that treats your things like they matter. What you store holds the moments of your life. Life's Moments. Stored Well.™

Yes — every storage unit is ground-level with roll-up-door access, so you load directly from your vehicle. No elevators, no hallways, no stairs. Sizes run from compact 5x8 bays to warehouse-depth 10x42 units, and the property is one of the newest builds in the Inland Empire.

Yes — the facility has a limited number of on-site 20-foot parking spaces, and the long 10x28 through 10x42 drive-up units work as enclosed vehicle bays for cars, small boats, and gear. For rigs longer than 20 feet, our Chino – Ramona facility south of Montclair has larger vehicle spaces.

No — Central Avenue is all ground-level drive-up storage. For climate-controlled units, use US Storage Centers – Chino Hills – Fairfield Ranch, about 15 minutes south, where every unit is indoor and climate-controlled. Drive-up suits furniture, appliances, tools, and most household goods.

Gate access runs 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., seven days a week, including weekends. The office is open Monday through Friday 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and closed Sunday. You can move in online any time and start at the gate the same day.

The property uses gated electronic entry with personal keypad codes, 24-hour video recording, and well-lit drive aisles — a clean, access-controlled space to store what matters, opened new in October 2025 and managed by an on-site team six days a week.

Depth and newness: 10x34 and 10x42 warehouse-depth drive-up bays that almost no nearby property offers, an all-ground-level layout, and a building that opened in October 2025. The bilingual team runs it person-to-person.

Hello Cesar, thank you so much for leaving us a great review!

Been there for years. Good people and my stuff is safe. What more could you ask for in a Storage lock up. Peace of mind.

Bill and Mary make this place work. If it wasn't for them I would have taken my stuff and gone somewhere else.

Very trusted staff and the security dog ain't no joke I'm comfortable keeping my stuff at this self storage

Ayres had got to be the best storage facility you can find. The employees are the most professional and nicest people anywhere!! 😎 Don't eat time looking around for a better place to store those extra items that are taking over the garage. Just stop by Ayres Self Storage today!!! 🤣
