This storage center is a great place for your storage needs. Very quick and easy to get set up with a unit. Affordable. A variety of unit options. They're good at communicating. And the employees are helpful and friendly. I especially appreciated Kayla's help when I went to check on my unit. She was welcoming and explained what had happened to my unit in detail and what needed to get done. She even helped me find information about the unit+my account in their system and who I needed to reach out to for a specific question I had. Her customer service skills are top-knotch and she's a good communicator. Glad she was there to help me.

I needed a small storage to put away a couple of tools while I headed out of town for a little bit so I came here to US storage. That’s where I met Naomene. She is in charge of the place. She also had Brandon with her. Apparently, it is training day. First day on the job. Brandon is friendly and approachable. He introduced himself when I first walked in. Naomene then took over and gave me some rates and escorted me towards my storage. Both of them were very, very nice. I am had a wonderful experience. Not to mention The storage is very affordable. The storage they handed me was clean and ready to begin storing my equipment. it’s under lock and there’s plenty of surveillance cameras. I want to thank you guys for the wonderful experience not to mention. It was very quick and easy. Keep up the good work!

Great customer service! After I made a reservation online, the move-in date that I wanted was not open yet. Called them asking if I can move it to 2 weeks later. I was advised they were going to check and call me back. After a day, I was able to talk to Naomene and she took care of everything. Got my first month prorated and still got to keep the 3-month discount as stated in the booking. She facilitated and finalized my rental and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend asking for Naomene if you’re looking to rent with them.

Very quick and easy experience getting a unit that suited my needs. Naomene was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of the process and lease agreement. Pricing was also very good. Highly recommended this storage unit.

Great customer service and professional service

I always come here to personally make my monthly payment and I don’t know if it’s too much of a coincidence that every time I come, the person that’s supposed to be in the office is never there and the sign that says I will be back is buried behind dark Tint where you can’t even see it so there’s a lot confusion there. Otherwise it’s a cool little storage place they now have a security code gate it’s

He was very helpful and professional and answered all my questions and concerns. He offered many options to choose from. I told her what I was looking for, and she skillfully presented me with several great options to choose from. It was truly a phenomenal experience! Excellent customer service, great prices and location. The lady working there was very accommodating and went out of her way to help us. I have never reviewed a place before but they do a great job and should be recognized for it. Will be renting storage from them in the future.
