Great customer service! After I made a reservation online, the move-in date that I wanted was not open yet. Called them asking if I can move it to 2 weeks later. I was advised they were going to check and call me back. After a day, I was able to talk to Naomene and she took care of everything. Got my first month prorated and still got to keep the 3-month discount as stated in the booking. She facilitated and finalized my rental and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend asking for Naomene if you’re looking to rent with them.

Staff are very knowledgeable and outgoing the site looks a lot better then it was before and much more secure definitely recommended this spot.

I always come here to personally make my monthly payment and I don’t know if it’s too much of a coincidence that every time I come, the person that’s supposed to be in the office is never there and the sign that says I will be back is buried behind dark Tint where you can’t even see it so there’s a lot confusion there.
